In centro... ristorante con menù sia di pesce che di terra e anche pizzeria.Un locale non molto romantico ma carino, adatto più per gruppi di amici e famiglie. Molto luminoso, 2 sale, 1 sala principale appena si entra più grande l'altra più piccola.Gradito il prosecco e un entree di benvenuto gentilmente offerto come l'amaro eil caffè. Tutte le portate buone e adeguate anche nel quantitativo.Antipasti: "Freddo e caldo di mare", "Gamberi rossi allacatalana" ;I secondi: "Bauletto di pesce spada", "Zuppetta di pesce dello Ionio in tegamino" ;Carta dei vini adeguata. Personale gentile.Prezzo adeguato e sconto thefork del 20% regolarmente applicato.Peccato che non ci sia distinzione di sala per il ristorante con la pizzeria e che si usi il tovagliolo di carta...

Piacevolissima serata con una super pizza del maestro pizzaiolo Damiano, in sala il fratello Piero che con le sue attenzioni coccola i clienti e li vizia. Locale ideale per chi amala pizza e vuole sentirsi a casa.

Locri's best.An excellent sea front restaurant with great food and a lively atmosphere.There was a wide variety of sea food available on the menu.An ideal venue to enjoy a lunch time meal and drink then chill out the afternoon on the sea front sunbeds.

I travel often around the world for work and pleasure and today, in occasion of a short vacation with my family, we decided to visit la capannina. The restaurant is a hidden gem, nestled in a cup-de-sac on locriâs lungomare. The view from every table are breathtaking and the food is definitely memorable. We had a feast of fish and seafood and everything was extremely fresh and prepared with skills worthy of master chefs! Presentation is unpretentious but the food is outstanding and possibly one of the best fish and seafood Iâve ever had. Great restaurant!

The restaurant is where good food and traditional pizzas are served. The quality and prices taken in cosideration you get very good value for your money.The service and attendance is quick and polite.The restaurant is small and the old architekture with arches and vaults gives you the perfect surroundings for a good meal and a very good time.

Il locale è da asporto con qualche tavolino per consumare. I rustici sono ottimi specialmente il crostone alla norma. Le pizze, in tanti giusti, nei formati normale, maxi e a trancio. Sono cotte nel forno elettrico ma molto buone soprattutto quelle rotonde. In ultimo, e non è cosa da poco, la gentilezza è di casa. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

In a very busy evening with an event being in town, I stopped here for another local taste after having a sumptuous granita in the nearby piazzetta. I ordered a pizza and a small jug of beer. Before the arrival of the pizza I was served some complimentary fried nibbles. The pizza was cooked in a wood fire oven, quite thin and tasty. The restaurant was busy and full, with a few tables outside as well. The waiters were well groomed and professional though some of the tourist customers were not up to this level!

The service in this restaurant is so good! We were thete for the first time and one of the owner's of the restaurant explained to us the antipasti they have, which Pinsa, dolci and drinks he would recommend. The food was delicious from the starter to the desert. At the end we even received two espressi and a mandarine liquore for free! Great place to be!

I visited this restaurant today on the recommendation of my hotel. The food was excellent and I chose a very good bottle of wine intending to return this evening. However I was placed opposite a door from which a large group of children continued to go out and come in throughout the meal banging the door every time and the parents and the owner saying nothing. Finally after 2.5 hours I had enough. I had a headache and my lunchtime ruined by the owner and the parents of the children did not care. In addition the credit card machine did not work so I had to pay in cash, a current occurrence since cash is preferred. I live in Italy so am accustomed to eating in restaurants that are full of families that are vivacious and noisy but the lack of consideration here was unusual and unacceptable.
