Georgetown is the capital of the Cayman Islands and one of the most popular cruise ship destinations in the Caribbean, thanks to its year-round tropical weather, white sand beaches and clear blue waters. Don't miss Stingray City and diving and snorkeling near the coral reef. Georgetown offers plenty of duty-free shopping, restaurants and cafes. If you can pull yourself away from the beach, try an excursion to one of the West Indies' few remaining tropical rain forests.

We went there after our Submarine adventure and before going back to our ship. The food was OK though many things were not available, for whatever reason. The service was adequate but not great. I did not want to use my credit card and wanted to pay cash but there was a problem with exchange rates. As a rule US Dollars are not a problem but.... Not sure why but it may have been the inexperience of the staff. We probably paid to much but the bill was not astronomical in any case.

I had a Cheese Please pizza from Lucky Slice and I have to say it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. It had 5-6 different types of cheese including brie and gorgonzola. They were spread out across the pizza in a way that each bite had a different cheese or combination oof cheese flavor. It was a true delight. They had several other specialty pizzas that I nearly ordered that I would have loved to have tried. On the other side of the coin, out service was horrendous. Lucky Slice combines with several other restaurants on the second floor of an outdoor shopping mall. All of their menus are at each table, so you can order from any of the kitchens. We couldn't get anyone to wait on us for a very long time. When we finally had a server come to our table, he took our order without writing anything down which led to never getting two appetizers that we ordered. Our food came pretty quickly, but our drinks didn't arrive until our meal was nearly over. Hard to recommend a restaurant with such disregard for their customers.

KARoo is located on the Crescent, overlooking the sea and the majestic fountain in the heart of Camana Bay. Enjoy a unique dining experience where a multitude of tapas dishes allow you to experience a culinary journey via a wide selection of small plates,
Camana Bay has a huge amount of choice for dining but we opted to come here due to its location overlooking the water and the nice menu. We had a great outdoor table and enjoyed some drinks and a light meal. I had Coconut Prawn Caesar salad and my wife had pulled pork tacos - both dishes were delicious. Service was really good, too. Prices are not cheap but not too expensive either.

Classic Italian cuisine meets casual Caribbean ambiance at Andiamo. Our al fresco Italian kitchen celebrates homemade favorites - fresh-made pasta, pizza and delicately grilled entrees - on a breezy terrace overlooking the resort's winding waterways. Home
We dined here our first night at the Ritz Carlton. Was expecting there to be more pasta selections on the menu. Ended up ordering the pizza and wasn't disappointed. I got the arugula and prosciutto pizza and it was outstanding. The crust was perfect and all of the toppings were very flavorful. We ended up getting take out pizza one other night because it was so good! Would have enjoyed seeing more classic pasta dishes on the menu and some more standard salads. They have a gelato bar as well that we stopped at a few times during our vacation. Delicious! The restaurant is al fresco, however screened in so can be warm on warm nights.Dear vickieDOTcom, Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your most recent dining experience at Andiamo. We appreciate your comments and suggestions on the menu. we are excited to read that you enjoyed the pizza as well as the gelato station. Your suggestions and feedback has been taken into consideration, however please not that we are always open and happy to creating personal experiences for our guests and therefore I encourage you to please inform us next time you visit and tell the team at Andiamo what you are looking for in specific, should the menu not satisfy your needs and we will be happy to make a dish for you that meets your preferences. We caught the water taxi from Camina Bay and rather than heading straight for the restaurant we walked round to Starfish Point. On our way back we stopped at the restaurant for some soft drinks and a chance to chat to Fabio who having worked in Scotland had a very English sense of humour! Lovely Italian guy.The view of the beach as we waited for the taxi was very tranquil and if we come back we would stop and eat here as it was so beautiful.

Great food and excellent service! We are here one evening and loved it so much that we came back a second time for our final day in Grand Cayman. The gnocci and pasta dishes are delicious. They have a nice outdoor balcony that overlooks the water. The waiters are very attentive and friendly. They use pasta straws instead of plastic for their drinks which we liked as well! Highly recommend!
