The pizza was fresh, but very bland. It is not expensive. My wife ordered a sparkling water, which, when it came, was completely flat, with no bubbles whatsoever, so she returned it. The waitress still insisted on charging us for this water, which was a very poor customer service decision.The best thing (for me) about this restaurant were looking at the two incredibly bizarre-looking frogs in the sad, little aquarium. Frantiskovy Lazne itself is very lovely, so I highly recommend visiting it, just not this pizzeria....

This is not really a restaurant, certainly not an Italian restaurant ! It is, instead, some kind of snack bar serving some kind of pizza and pasta dishes. We only had pizzas, so we can't judge about the other dishes. The pizzas tasted like deep frozen ones, although I am sure they had been baked "freshly" ; no great taste (actually very little taste), but just OK. I did not understand why someone would put corn on a pizza ... but it never killed anybody. The service was not very friendly, but efficient. 600 CZK for 4 pizzas and drinks : not expensive, but not cheap neither, taking into account the quality of the food !

Two arrogant waitresses who were annoyed to give drink recommendation, left us to look at menu and did not come back another 15 minutes. We were thirsty and had 3 small children and just wanted drinks quickly in this heat. So we left. No apology and rude comments on our departure. I would recommend to owners to employ someone who is professional and treats guests with respect! Absolutely unacceptable behaviour!!!
