Very helpful staff, good wifi. There is help with transportation, tours, and reply to your booking requests.We saw the owner/manager actually working with the staff in the kitchen to get the orders out. This restaurant is often slammed with customers, many from other hotels, they come for the great food. This owner really trains his staff well.Walking distance to shops, the market, and the town. It is a pretty safe place to walk around.A tour suggestion is the "Queen Elizabeth National Park". About 2 1/2 hours away. Great for being close to the animals.

We visited Rita's pizza in fort portal, uganda in July 2019 and had an amazing experience! Rita and her husband opened their home to us and gave us an authentic ugandan experience. AND THE PIZZA! WOWThe best pizza in uganda for sure! For an amazing price. With any toppings you want.If you're going to fort portal you must go to rita pizza!!!! She also delivers but you'll be missing out on an amazing experience!!!!!
