The staff was very friendly and service prompt. We tried the fried cheese curds since weâre not from the area and they were surprisingly tasty. We each had a pasta dish which was certainly adequate for our dinner. Iâd recommend it since they had a wide choice on the menu.

Stopped in on a Friday night. The parking lot was jam packed but still had plenty of room inside. We came with 2 little kids and they ordered chocolate milk and we got charged $12 for 4 little cups of milk. $12!!!! I complained when we got the bill and they ended up only charging $8. Big whoop. Kids and I ordered a pizza with sausage and pineapple and it was very blah. Had zero flavor. I was hoping for a great sauce and flavorful sausage but was left disappointed. My husband ordered the all you can eat fish (cod) and he said it tasted like it came out of the box at the grocery store. The waiter was very friendly however he did almost spill a plate of oil on me. Also, keep in mind the oil from the bread does not wash out of clothes so I have some new kids clothes ruined. I definitely would keep on driving by and search for a new place to eat.Hi Amy, Sorry that you left unhappy. The charge for a kids milk is $2.00. As your server stated, we had accidentally charged you for an adult milk, which we fixed once you brought it to our attention. When you say "Big Whoop", I'm not sure how much you think a fair amount is to charge for a kids milk. $2.00 is pretty common at restaurants. You stated how he almost spilled oil on you. Sorry if you thought that, but he had accidentally spilled some on the table, which he apologized for right away, and cleaned up. Sorry that your kids somehow were able to get dirty from it. You stated how the fish fry was not good and tasted something that came out of a cardboard box in a grocery store. Not sure what that really means, but it definitely comes out of a box. Very few places get their fish in a bag, and get it delivered. It was all you can eat fish, and your order came with 3 pieces of fish. If it was so bad, then why did you guys order 2 more pieces to eat? Nothing was mentioned about how bad the food tasted to the server. I apologize that you did not have a good experience. Was looking forward to eating at this restaurant, as I love their pizza. Didnât realize they only had two pasta selections, but tried one with creamy alfredo sauce. Although I hate to report it, the dinner experience was overall a disappointment. First, and so minor but strange, we selected a booth â but the booth had obviously been pushed, so a person could barely squeeze onto the bench and the table was squeezing your chest. I was able to shove the whole seating part back so we could adjust our table position. Oddly enough, the seats themselves seemed to be unusually narrow (Iâm a regular-sized person). Maybe I was imagining it. It didnât bother me at the time, but looking back on the evening and describing the whole experience, I thought it worth a mention. As we were there, we discovered the temperature inside the restaurant was actually quite cool â so cool I have to put my wool winter coat and scarf back on to be comfortable â and thatâs how I ate dinner. My friend who almost never gets cold was also uncomfortable. The main problem of the evening was the very long wait to get our food â which likely only had to be heated up in the oven. I cannot say exactly because I did not check my watch when we placed the order, but I believe the wait was somewhere between 30 & 45 minutes â and we only got our order after I hailed the manager, who then promptly brought it out. We understood that a lot of take-out orders were coming in so the kitchen was busy. The pasta dish was served in a disposable tin-type container (think old-style frozen TV dinners) with a big plastic serving spoon. It was OK, but nothing Iâd order again. The bread sticks that came with it were dry and bland â probably the biggest disappointment, as Iâm a lover of breadsticks. There were only five breadsticks for two of us, but we didnât even finish them. And finally, there was not a single Christmas decoration in the place â so not very festive or appealing in the middle of December. Overall, for this particular experience, Iâm sorry to say the rating would have to be only two stars. However, I have to consider my general experience with this Pizza Hut â I probably get a take-out pizza every month or so, and itâs always delicious and done in about 10 minutes. The take-out pizza rates five stars. And itâs because the pizza is always so fast and delicious that this dining-in experience was such a let-down.

We loved the option to order online and pickup our order. We also enjoyed tracking our pizza online as it was prepared, put in the oven, and boxed for pickup. Unfortunately, they made an error on one of our toppings, especially important to a vegetarian in our group. Secondly, one side had more toppings than the other, and that side was extremely under-cooked and doughy. Since we had picked the order up and brought it home, we did not call or take it back. Just a little disappointed.
