Not many choices for dinner in this town unless you want fast food. After reading the reviews I decided to try for myself. The place seems big and clean. It's a little confusing when you first walk in because there seems to be two entrances. The one I picked did have a sign to please wait to be seated but someone came up from the back bar to seat me. The area I came in looks like it used to be a candy shop that did not quite make it as part of the business. The service was slow for the place not very busy. I ordered the Flat Iron Steak dinner. My steak was cooked as I ordered but not a lot of flavor, I also had a vegetable mix and a cup of soup for my sides. I did not get my soup before my meal so all my meal was not overly hot while I finished my soup. The soup did not taste like it was homemade. I also ordered sautéed mushrooms and onions for an additional $2 which I would not order again as you didn't get a very big portion for the cost.I would have rated lower but the server was friendly and she did check on me several times. Overall I would probably not come back if in the area again.
This restaurant is my go to anymore, trying to eat better, without all the fried foods. Subway makes a pretty good sandwich which makes me happy. The staff are friendly, and always willing to suggest additional toppings or additions to your sandwich based on either their own or other peoples liking. I have made a few attempts at new dressings and topping combination which have left me happy. The staff are always quick to get you in and out of the store, also will suggest when they have a deal going on where you can save some money on a drink, or chips and a cookie.
The pizza is a let down lately at this Pizza Hut location. The wait times can sometimes be rather long considering the amount of people in the dining room. Don't expect the typical quick order and receiving your items. Plan your visit to last at least 1 hour if you are ordering pizza. We have been unimpressed lately with the pizza which seems to be rather soggy, and you cannot pick up the pizza without the toppings and all dripping right off. The crust is either too soaked with grease or they are trying to rush the pizza. If the pizza doesn't annoy you not holding up, then the grease that was sprayed on the pan to keep the pizza from sticking will. The pizza is down right nasty anymore.
