This is absolutely ridiculous! I went in for lunch as I normally do and was charged an ADDITIONAL 10% "service fee" that was just implemented. The claimed it was to help pa their employees $15.50 an hour. That's not the minimum wage in Flagstaff for a few more years, but yet I am FORCED to pay an extra 10% on top of the nearly 12% food tax. Absolutely ridiculous and a great way for them to SCAM their customers. You shouldn't be in business if you have to charged a mandatory service fee. Consider mine, and my entire families business lost for good.

You can find this cool joint right off Interstate 40, just south of historic Route 66. Like a journey on the highway, this place takes you back in time when tasty food and great service were always on the menu. Itâs our 2nd joint in the high country, and
For a chain restaurant, I thought the Italian food was very good. Itâs not New York City Italian but we enjoyed our meal after a day touring the Grand Canyon (restaurant walking distance from our hotel in Flagstaff). This particular restaurant is not very large and on a Saturday night at 7:00, the wait time was 45 minutes (although we only waited 20). There is a small bar with open seating. The âbigâ salad versus âvery bigâ was a large enough for 3. We enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms appetizer. We ordered 2 pasta dishes and a small pizza (14â) and we brought home 1/2 of all 3 entrees. Very good size servings. I thought my basic angel hair spaghetti was excellent. The server was very friendly. Again nothing gourmet here and not like an Italian restaurant in NYC or the North End of Boston but good enough when on vacation in Arizona where Italian food isnât a speciality.

Excellent pizza and beer lunch!Did a local Pizza restaurant search while at Flagstaff, AZ and NiMarcus came up. The place is a comfortable place with a cozy bar/restaurant feel. You walk up to the kitchen window and Eder your pizza and drinks. We ordered the Medium pizza, half pepperoni and pineapple (me), and half the Popeyeâs Special (a bunch of veggies for my wife). We also ordered two draft beers and we were ready. To our surprise, the pizza was delicious. The draft beers were also full of flavor and cold. All in all, a great lunch. Parking can be a challenge.

Pizza dinner was overall really good. Most of the pizzas were liked although the toppings (sauce/cheese especially) were a little sparce. Outstanding ingredients were noted. Brussel sprout appetizer and bread were both excellent. Service was very good. Only thing keeping this rating from 5 stars was that the pizzas were below expectations...have had better brick oven pizzas elsewhere.

This is a charming place in an old building with communal outdoor seating. The pizza is artisan - delicious! - and the beer selection is interesting. This is not your average pizza-with-red-sauce-and-a-bunch-of-meat. If you're looking for that, you may be disappointed. Don't skip the house-made gelato - it's to die for! (My husband and I shared one salad, one pizza, and one gelato and were stuffed.)Service is outstanding; the servers really know their stuff.
