Have been 3-4 years ago and it is still the same.Had a very good experience what with the food and the staff.Had the pate starter 4 large pieces plus hot bread and small square toastie all tasted different..Prawn fish balls tasty, meat balls nice with a bit of chilli, Date bacon and almond devine also prawn and scrambled egg was delicious, mains was sirloin steak with pepper sauce really really good steak tasted great, flat chips and small peppers, 2 peices of swordfish with sliced chips was excellent, please note no salt and pepper on table never needed them both nights. had one sweet, brownie and chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream, very good auce waas not sweet but mixed with everything great.Both nights was looked after well thanks Toni anything anytime was catered for and served well even used a translater on the phone. Not cheapest place in area but you know experience and taste sometimes is worth the cost.

The waiters were very atenttive and pleasant also the food was really tasty... the pizza was the best plate, however the pasta was flavorful too! We had such a great food in this place-fresh home made pasta, pizzas and different deserts. Meny of the day was 10â¬-pasta for starter, tasty pizza, desert and glass of wine. Waiter was extremely pleasant Italian man, who told us that there are around 700 Italians living in Elche and spoke excellent English. 10 points out of 10, thanks!

Very nice place, very friendly staff. It looks like an Italian restaurant, with pasta, pizza, Italian wines, Italian music, Italy-inspired decorations... I guess somebody in love with Italy wanted to make a statement. The food seems good, nobody from our 10-persons group had reasons to complain.Hi. You have described us perfectly. Yes, it is true, we are in love with Italy and that is why we want that when a client is in our restaurant it is transported to the center of Italy. Where do we start! Our hotel recommended and we certainly were not disappointed with this family run Italian restaurant. A 10 minute walk from the centre of Elche was no problem. We were met bythe owner who made us feel very welcome. The food was freshly prepared, hot and delicious. We were also given a complimentary glass of Limoncello to finish off a most delightful evening. Highly recommended... We will go again before we leave this lovely place of Elche.Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We look forward to seeing you next time you are in Elche. We really appreciate your review. A small restaurant occupying a corner location, comprising 7 x 4 seater & 4 x 2 seater tables. The interior takes on a black & white theme - White tables, black chairs & table cloths. Food served on white plates or oblong black slate tiles & black serviettes.The colour theme continues into the clean, tidy & fresh smelling toilets where there are white tiled walls, greyish/black floors, white porcelain with black soap dispenser, hand dryer & waste bin. No mistaking the "ladies" from the "gents". Both entrance doors clearly identified with large colourful illustrations.There is no visible bar, but a selection of beers, wines, soft drinks etc are on offer.Staff pleasant, polite, efficient & helpful. Spanish spoken, however some English too. Menus in Spanish. Disabled friendly.Nice selection of hamburgers, pizzas, sandwiches, etc. Various desserts available: Brownies, pancakes (crepes) with chocolate sauce & ice cream etc. All food nicely cooked, very tasty & beautifully presented. All very reasonably priced.A very popular venue which gets busy. To save disappointment it is advisable to make a reservation.I will use this restaurant again when next in the area. Recommend .

Today I flew from Venice to Alicante/Elche area to visit my hermano for some R&R. It has been years since I last visited Elche. I landed around lunch time, so of course he picked me up from the airport to go to his neighborhood for some food. To my surprised, he took me to an Italian Trattoria... Wait! What you say ! Coming from Italy and now in Spain, we are going to have Italian food, but since my homie swears that it's the best Italian food in town and he was craving pizza, so here we are. I was a little skeptical at first, the place is not fancy, causal, clean and it has some charm to it. We set down, Took two beers ( they do have Italian beers and wine), a caprese, two pizzas. Wow, mamma mia, first the caprese was fresh, tomato was juicy and sweet, mozzarella was on point! Very good. Now comes the pizza , my Napoletana was one of the best I have tried. I was curious why. So I asked the staff and not to my surprised, the owner is indeed Italian and 90% of the ingredients used in the food comes from Italy, aside from the fresh veg, etc. Wow wow wow, what can I say. I love it. We even took another pizza back to the apartment ^ _ ^ Honestly, I am not Italian, but in this area, I am sure this is one of the best Italian food and most authentic. If I have to say some area of improvement would be the espresso was a little strong for my taste. We even met the owner at the end and she is very carina è simpatico. She explained to us all the where the ingredient came from and she was sincere about it. Very cool! Brava
