I have been going here for years, there pizza is always great. We usually have the pizza delivered, always comes withing the time frame they tell you, always hot and good. Delivery guy is always pleasant and polite. We also eat in the restaurant and the food is always excellant.

We have had Village pizza many times and it's consistently good. Not too much sauce and crispy crust makes this one our favorites in the area.

Was working in the area and a few of us decided to stop here for lunch. Had what was to be a Combo Italian Beef and Sausage sandwich and ended up being a beef sandwich with cheese. Not what I had expected. Service was very good although the sandwich I ended up with was pretty dry and not that enjoyable.
Wood Fired. Family Inspired. Serving pizza, sandwiches, soups, salads, & desserts the way it was meant to be. livewoodfired Bricks Wood Fired Pizza revolves around our beautiful copper & brick, wood fired oven. Everything we cook goes in this oven. From N
We were hoping to be able to write a better review than this as the Fox Valley could really use an authentic Neapolitan pizza vendor. The sixth of a local chain, Bricks is housed in a Life Zone 360 sports complex which has the ambiance of a bus terminal rather than a traditional pizzeria. There is oddly even a small ice cream shop nestled in one side. We have visited twice since opening and both times we were the only customers there. The menu includes soups, salads and sandwiches. Pizzas (and sandwiches) are baked in a large copper oven fired by wood. The specialty pies have interesting ingredients but we found them to be rather bland with little taste from the cheese and sauce and dough that lacked crispness. Some names also seemed a bit incongruous for Naples-style pizzas e.g. The Big Piluski, Hawaiian and Meatballz. They reminded us of food court products rather than artisan offerings. Some of these issues may be the result of training or perhaps they are not busy enough to keep ingredients fresh and the skill-sets of the personnel up to par. But so far, they havenât met our expectations. There is a need here for a true Neapolitan or New York Slice but it hasn't been filled. We wish them well but they will have to up their game.
Home of the original XL NY Slice. Since 1956, Sbarro has been serving the XL NY Slice. Starting with made-daily hand stretched dough, San Marzano style sauce and topped with 100% Whole Milk Mozzarella cheese.
Just got done eating some lunch at Sbarro in Springhill Mall. They told us they were closing down tomorrow for new renovations and will reopen in September. I thought maybe their spirits would be down or the food would be "leftover" since they r closing but it was the complete opposite!!! The people were so friendly and the food was fantastic!!!! Loved my slice of cheese and pepperoni stick and my husband loved his pizza too! They even encouraged us to come back for refills!! A+!!!!
Casual sit down restaurant with separate dining room and quiet pup. Wings, Wraps, Burgers, Entrees and Pizzas round out our extensive menu along with 18 craft drafts. Ample parking, easy in and out at stop light and a great rewards program.
Have been here several times. Nice rotating craft beer selection - always a variety including some darks and intgeresting IPA's on tap - love that they rotate lots of local stuff. Hillbilly rolls are good and fillying. Meatball soup very good.Very good service - will be back to try more.
Finally, a great new restaurant in West Dundee! Grab a table by the window, order a flight of California wines, choose a specialty wood fire pizza like Artichoke & Gorgonzola, or even house-made Tagliatelli with a Delicious Bolognese sauce. The Meatball Gigante is just as the name suggests. We heard wild complements about it from the table next to us. Have the Zeppole or Gelato for dessert and you have a wonderful journey. An attractive urban looking setting with a shiny & sparkling bar with Wine On Tap!!!! Fun!
Where to eat American food in East Dundee: The Best Restaurants and Bars
We order from here probably once a month. The pizza is delicious - so is the lasagna, bread sticks, and salad. It's our go-to pizza place in town. We've done both take out and delivery - pizza is usually ready in 30-45 minutes.
Had their cheese & sausage pizza (hand-tossed) and it was greasy and the sausage was more like ground-up hamburger. Was NOT impressed and would not order another pizza from them. Compared to some of the other pizza restaurants we have been to, this pizza does not rate at all. Infusinos (in Racine, WI - virgin crust) is tops, DiCarlo's (in Kenosha, WI), RiverView Restaurant (in Algonquin, IL) and so many more (that I have rated) - all of these are so much better. Was not impressed with Pasquale's and would have liked it to be better as it is in my own neighborhood. The next day, heated some of it up and it was STILL greasy. Sometimes, pizzas that seem a little greasy heat up better the next day (and are NOT greasy). This one was still greasy and really not good. Would maybe try something else on their menu to give them a chance, but would skip ordering pizza again.

After a recent round of golf our foursome stopped by Dominick's for dinner. Wow, were we impressed! The storefront is fairly generic (in a strip mall), but the interior was extremely inviting and comfortable. The menu was quite varied and had pretty much whatever you'd like in a fine Italian meal. The Rigatoni with sausage and vodka sauce was spot on and my fellow golfers enjoyed the shrimp scampi and lasagna. Complement that with a fine salad and outstanding bread and we had a terrific meal. For kicks we had cannolis for dessert - excellent! We'll be back to try more from their full menu. The service was also outstanding!
