We dropped in here as a pit stop on our way home from a day-trip to Belfast and were delighted by the quality of food on offer. The pizzas were authentic Italian pizzas with wonderful crusts and great mozzarella. My husband and I also had bresaola and a salami and cheese platter. We couldnât leave without trying the cannoli and tiramisu, which were both delicious. Highly recommend. Donât be put off by the restaurant decor. The food is very good.

My husband came here with a group of work mates. He is Italian and trained as a chef in Italy. The menu was not a true Italian menu as most dishes had cream, there was so many pasta dishes with chicken, and chips came with the pasa and lasagne. These things just would not be on a menu in Italy. The potato salad starter was terrible. A mound of iceberg lettuxe with 3 small potatoes and huge amounts of creamy dressing. The fish of the day, the cod, tasted frozen as it was dry and like rubber.Tiramisu was also terrible. Not like the traditional Italian dessert at all.The one waitress was inattentive, not clearing empty plates for 20minutes as she was talking to some people near the till. Avoid this place at all costs!

I call for a take away snack or sit down from time to time.It really isn't great. Sit down is at rear of place and is very unappealing. Usually I just get sausage and beans sit down. Sausages split in middle and fried too quick but good portion of cheap baked beans. No chips.Take away I get usually sausages and some times they are okish and have a few chips thrown in but lots of time they are over and too quickly cooked and no chips. Prices are average.

I used it for a long time because Roma was too busy. I usually got big portions everytime here but one night I got a sickened. Sausages were like rubber and I couldn't cut them. I went back once but realised how poor it was compared to the Roma. Whilst it's not dirty it's not clean either. Smallest toilet ever. It has gone downhill sadly.
