This place was recommended to us at Hotel we were staying at. She said she goes there all the time. We ordered a thin crust with sausage, mushrooms, & onions. Even though it was a thin crust, it was not cooked enough (doughy in middle) It had very little flavor; Bland. My husband, who eats anything, didn't even finish his.

Ordered for a small group. The Stuffed Pizza was awesome. The regular pizza very good. We ordered a cheese, a pepperoni and a pepperoni sausage Stuff pizza. All were good the food was ready as expected and the service was good. Ask about specials. I would have ordered differently if they had told me at the time of order that they had a buy one get one half off special.The garlic bread was also very good.

If you want great pizza this is the place to go. It's the best in Dubuque. Curt the owner is a great person and cook. They also have burgers and other sandwiches that are great but the pizza tops all. The bar itself is clean and they do have parking in the back. If your in Dubuque and want great cheap food this is a must.

An older restaurant located in the down town. The design is more of a bar with Italian food. The pizza was very good with fresh sausage prepared on site. The cheese bread was unique as it came a loaf with the cheese in between slices. Overall a good place with quality and tasty food. Only draw backs are ; very limited parking and the location is in a so so area of town.

We live in the Dubuque area and the boys in my family are definitely pizza lovers. We all like this place. Pizzas are great with make-your-own toppings. There are also sandwiches and salads, as well as gelato. Yum! Bottom line, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend giving this place a try if you are in the area.

We were invited to go to Pizza Ranch for dinner a couple of days ago. I will prelude this by saying that I normally don't like to eat at a buffet style of establishment. They have below average pizza and chicken. The chicken was pretty good, but the pizza is...let's call it filling. They also have a salad bar, but I didn't even look at it, so I won't comment on it. I think I'm being generous with an average rating, but may people seem to like it, as the place was busy. To each his own.

I have been going to the Shot Tower for 50 years. Damn, I'm getting older. The pizza always has been good but not fantastic. This is not a negative. You will always get consistent quality and good service. I'm always looking for that next great pizza.The shot tower special pizza is the way to go. My wife loves the tenderloin sandwich basket. The beer selection will get you by. Bloody Mary's are Good.

Stopped there after a walk along the river. Indoor and outdoor seating. Had great snacks along with drinks. I appreciate you nice review but I think you are talking about another restaurant. During the summer there are tables & chairs out front provided by the City but we do not have our own outdoor seating. We are within walking distance of the River Walk & many downtown Hotels.

This is more of a family place. You order at a counter and your food is brought to you. They have 4 sizes of pizza which is very nice. The ice cream sundaes were not as good as they looked. The chocolate sauce was all at the bottom which made for an overly sweet ending. It served the purpose for a short stop in town.

My family loved this place. 10 day vacation. First meal where no one complained about anything. Super clean and friendly. Pretty healthy. Pizza and salad was so tasty!!Thank you for your kind words JW. We strive for being fast, fresh, friendly and immaculately clean. We are not a chain. We are local Dubuque and source locally when possible. We make virtually everything from scratch on site in our prep kitchen , all doughs, gluten free dough included, sauces and even salad dressings. We are glad you noticed and could tell the difference.
