Upon ordering the female teenager slapped the change down and slid it over to my wife. We said thank you and she turned and walked away. Chicken and pizza where great. We then asked another employee foe a specialty pizza and she replied coming right up...very nice. When pizza was ready the original cashier brought it over to table and said "How many". We all replied two. She gave my wife and I two, our son one. We said thank you. And she turned and walked away. She should not be working with the public....terrible representative for the company.
One day a week this establishment offers FREE serve your self white bean chili. With just little kick this totally free soup is over the top excellent. Two of the three in our party ordered custom beer to add to the dining experience. A fun, no frills spot to meet friends. Service is with a smile and the welcome is genuine. A real meeting spot for locals looking for a solid spot to enjoy a beer or something stronger. Highly recommended. No fancy clothes required as the atmosphere is truly OLD SHOE...
Where to eat American food in Devils Lake: The Best Restaurants and Bars
I stopped in to Pizza Hut in Devils Lake as I was traveling through with my Grandsons. This is the first time I have stopped at this Pizza Hut. Usually I stop at another pizza restaurant, but stopped here at the suggestion of my grandson. We stopped at 12:30 pm for lunch. Decided to do the buffet, but only found two tables in the whole place that were not filled with dirty dishes and nobody was bussing the tables. The salad bar was a mess with most of the offerings gone. No lettuce and although we stayed there for a little over a half hour, nobody filled the lettuce. We ordered drinks and about halfway through our meal they brought the drinks. We were not offered a refill. The place was very dirty. Even though our table did not have dirty dishes on it. The shakers were sticky to the touch. The windows were dirty and there were dead bugs on the window sill. I got about half a cup of pasta from the hot food bar as that was all that was left, but they did not have utensils to eat it with. I asked the waitress for a fork when she brought our beverages and she indicated she would get one. It never arrived. There was a limited number of pizzas and the ones that were there were of poor quality. I will never stop back.
Went to Little Caesars with relatively low expectations, and they failed to come close. We dined in, and had to wait 30 minutes for the pizza, and another 10 for the "breadsticks". Pizza was poor, but was the highlight. was supposed to be a round pizza, but not enough dough in the pan to even fill the round pan. Very short on cheese, and all around pretty weak. That was the highlight. No napkins, had to reach over the counter to help myself to plates, and fountain pop was out of order. Grumpy worker at the counter eventually gave us the "breadsticks", but without marinara sauce. Breadsticks were under/uncooked... warm but flat and doughy. Went to counter to ask if it was correct and was informed that they don't get "round" like the picture on the menu. They gave us marinara sauce that had the taste and consistency of watery salsa. Threw the dough and the salsa in the garbage and left. Won't be going back as there are plenty of better Pizza options in town.
