Although Deva is a small city in Romania this is one of the coolest restaurants I have been to. The name translayed into English means red onion. Great design with a pub feel. Great for brunch or a quick dinner. Amazing onion soup and other dishes.

We celebrated my grandmothers 80th birthday here. We booked very late notice (one day in advance) for quite a large gathering, but the staff was very understanding and accommodating. The pizzas were a particular favourite with everyone and the setting was great for a warm but wet summer evening (we were seated outside but undercover). The staff were lovely, in particular the waitress that looked after us (I just can't remember her name I'm sorry). Thank you so much, my grandma was very pleased :).

Great atmosphere, good old time-music and friendly staff. I liked the decoration on the walls inside.I ate breakfast here and found it very tasty. It's called Mediterranean breakfast and indeed it really looked like one.Once I tried some chicken steak with potatoes and some vegetables and found it very tasty. For some extra money, they also deliver food tat your hotel in Deva.Right next to it, there is a small supermarket, in case you need.

According to the reviews we expect more. The burgers are all-in-one including the fried potatoes, looking like a gyros, chewy meat. The pork was ok, so were the drinks. Service was fast, English speaking staff. Terrace eas crowded in the afternoon, the road is very close and noisy. Not terrible but next time Iâll skip the place.
