As much as I love Stevi B's and their pizza, that will soon change due to a recent visit to the Hiram location. I visited this particular location on Sunday the 25th (of January) around 11am. (a few hours before the lunch rush) ready to dig in to some hot and fresh pizza. I get there, paid and got two plates full of pizza and a bread sticks. I also got some marinara sauce for dipping. My guest and I sit down and proceed to start our meal. First bite of White Cheese pizza was barely room temperature. The handful of slices I had were the same way. Then I went on to the cheese pizza (plain). THE SAME WAY. It was NOT hot nor warm, it was barely room temperature. I couldn't even finish my bread stick because it was not fresh and the marinara sauce was COOL. Not warm, not room temperature, it was cool to the touch. Slightly disgusted, I decided to try the dessert pizza. You guessed it, it was room temperature ( as in when you touch it, you cannot feel any sign of warmth on the slice). I got the apple, and the chocolate pizza. Both the same way. The last thing I got, which was surprisingly warm, was the cinnamon melt things (Iâm sorry, I do not know the exact name) because they just came out of the oven. Overall unsatisfied with my visit, I brought the issue to a "manager" who then proceeded to disagree (it was borderline argumentative) with me about the temperature of the marinara sauce. She even offered to taste it herself. I then brought up the issue of cold pizza to her and she said "well, if they came out of the oven, then that's the temperature they'll be". They brought fresher pizza out, yes, however, nothing was done with the other pieces that had been sitting out since our arrival. She offered a 'Buy one get one' coupon as a fix. As disgusted as I felt that day, I refused. A half-attempted "sorry" was let out as I left. The apology was not sincere, at least according the way she presented herself. The next half of this complaint was a follow up phone call that I made after my visit to explain myself better (because I didn't think she quite understood the gravity of the situation at the time). After successful contact with the store, I asked to speak to a manager. A few minutes later I was greeted with "you're speaking to one." Not even a name or a friendly greeting. After I briefly explained myself over the phone, I was stopped mid-sentence and was told I called during the lunch rush and the "manager" would love to hear what I had to say but at a time that was less busy. I was told I would get a call back. Well, it's been FIVE days (and counting; many months later) and still no call back from anyone. The combination of unacceptable customer service added with an overall unsatisfactory product means I will not be going to any Stevi B's from now on. I had this happen to me 8 months ago. I have NOT been back to ANY Stevi B's locations since this visit and I don't plan on going back. I occasionally browse their reviews on here and on Facebook and I STILL read negative reviews about many locations.

I will tell you that their wings are terrible. They are soggy and the sauces are not very good. The pizza is good just like any other location.

I always have my pizza delivered and it is always fresh, hot and delicious..My son orders the wings , my daughter in law bacon and beef and my favorite is the pepperoni and pineapple...
You'd think that $5 for a pizza would equal yucky pizza,or somthing along the lines of frozen quality, but was surprised that it is actually pretty good, the breadsticks could be a bit softer but all in all great for a quick dinner or lunch.
Johnny's New York Style Pizza is proud to bring authentic New York style pizza and a variety of housemade dinners, subs, and more to the neighborhoods we call home. We grew up enjoying and perfecting pizza, and now we're sharing our passion with everyone
Being from Brooklyn, we know Pizza. Most pizza joints in Georgia would last a few weeks in Brooklyn. The pizza here, the 3 times I had it, was about as close as you get. But no pictures of Italy on the walls, all the old time pizza joints have them.Hi Steve and thanks so much for the 5-Star positive feedback and your regular patronage. We'll make sure to pass on your comments about the Italy pictures to the management so they may review your concerns and act accordingly. We do hope to have you back a 4th time for more great food soon and thanks again!Andy, Johnny's Customer Service Team [email protected]

Like the title says.. you're not going into a nice sit down restaurant... your not dining in some 5 star restaurant.. It's a $5 pizza - really, what do you expect? I'll tell you what I expect. Someone to acknowledge me when I place my order and not just stare at me.. It's a $5 pizza.. I'm not going to complain too much. You get what you pay for.

We had veggie pizza that was great! Definitely fresh ingredients on a good pizza crust. We ordered loaded tater tots and really enjoyed them. The kids had spaghetti and chicken fingers. Live music on Friday night was an enjoyable addition. In addition to the great food, the atmosphere is lively and fun.

Some of the items on the menu do not have a price. We ordered the garlic knots, the were basically dry and tasteless. Our server was very friendly but not very good at all. We asked about ordering a slice & was told they weren't serving any since they ran out so you would have to order a small pizza. We waited almost an hour for our food, not once was our drinks refilled. While waiting for our meal, we heard another table asking for refills, they were told they were out if tea now (mind you this was around 6 p.m.) When our food finally came out she only brought one set of silverware. We asked for another one, & she never came back with it. I had to go to counter to ask for another set. Our dinner was like the garlic knots, blah & tasteless. Not once did we ever see our server again. Due to us having tickets for the show down the road, we finally had to again make another trip to counter to ask for our bill. Basically it was $25 down the drain . They were a little busy because of the show down the street, but you would think they would be better prepared. Sorry won't be back.
