Perfect wonderfully delicious wood fired pizza with high quality toppings accompanied by two great tap beers in cold mugs. Doesn't get any better. Friendly and prompt bar service and company. Go for it!
Hey guys we having getting pizza from you for almost 30 years since you were in various locations including on Main Street in the old post office. We like your pizza better than that other place in town, but frequently the bottom of the pizza is burned. Same deal with chicken Parm heroes and so forth. If you could fix that so there is less char we would appreciate it so we can give you a five.

Food was outstanding. Service slow from a disorganized disinterested waitress. But a greater disappointment was upon getting the bill there was a 4% fee and a note explaining why the restaurant felt compelled to charge it. Really? Is that even legal? When I was in business my credit card agreements forbid me from charging back my clients and I never paid anywhere near 4% fee, not even to AMEX. So are you making a profit on that fee in addition to insulting your clients? Sorry, food was delicious but there are a lot of restaurants with great food where I donât come out feeling like a chump. I wonât be back.

Not anything to write home about. Simply writing the review because I had a bad experience here. Local people not very friendly to out of towners. The type of place where they know everyone that walks in the front door, and if they don't know you, the service is poor. Kind of attitude like "what are YOU doing here." Pizza is average, anything else on the menu is blah. So bad that when we ordered take out, nobody ate it. We ended up tossing it in the garbage.

This is by far the best pizza in Mattituck. They make the best sauce and the crust is always crispy and well done. There is nothing worse that undercooked crust. It took us years to discover this place but now that we have we will not go anywhere else. Thanks Uncle Joe!!
