Nostalgia is a contemporary pizzeria inspired by the small pizzerias of Naples and the gourmet pizza movement as a whole. We're different because we care about the food we put on your plate, the ingredients we cook it with and how we do so. Our oven reall
I recently returned from a trip to Cuernavaca and was impressed with the quality of food in most places, but this is the best pizza(best meal of the holiday) I have had. Pleasant environment, friendly staff and fantastic food. I would reccomend this to anyone who enjoys authentic wood fired pizza while holidaying in this part of Mexico.

Very good and inexpensive. Fun place for pizza and a few beers. Suggest sharing a 'large' pizza between 2, as the 'small' / individual pizzas were too big for each of us to finish!Thank you very much for your comment, we hope to see you soon ... Greetings!!

An original concept in Cuernavaca with a quiet and cozy atmosphere that will make you feel at home, great to meet up with family and friends. At Artisan we care about details, so we have the best quality in our dishes and drinks. From beer to artisanal me

Da'Mario is the best Italian restaurant in Cuernavaca, where you can enjoy a pleasant place and delicious food prepared with the finest ingredients and traditional recipes of Italian cuisine, you also enjoy homemade ice cream and our exclusive blend of co
My favorites are the Monte Christo pizza and the Baci ice cream, but there is much more for any taste. The present owners follow very well the steps of the founder, a Genovese named Mario, always centered on excellent ingredients and fresh pizza dough!Pasta, Lasagna meets etc are also very good and the wine selection contains good Italian wines as well as local ones! One point of caution: Da Mario closes early, namely at eight in the evening!

I've visited quite a few pizzerias in Cuernavaca (although not all of them) and so far Il Trovatore wins my award. Exceptionally tasty pizzas, the closest to Italian authentic I've find in Mexico, with interesting fresh ingredients used like fresh rocket (not exactly the height of gastronomy for most of the world, but to find it being used here in Mexico, and properly too, was quite a revelation). They also do a mean balsamic pear and gorgonzola salad too, highly recommended. Two downsides, firstly the price, these are not cheap pizzas, expect to pay 15 to 20 bucks for a two person pizza with "interesting" ingredients. Also, they don't serve alcohol, despite the presence of a beer barrel on the bar (they did used to serve it, but got busted!). So if a beer or wine is an essential component of your meal, then try elsewhere (or call them for takeout).

Tinto de Verano is a wine and cheese, beer and other beverage located in Cuernavaca 's downtown. It has a unique balcony, terrace. Olives, pizzetas and goat cheese sandwiches. The atmosphere is unique and the house hold´s architechture too.
Great bar with a cool vibe. As an Italian I can approve the pizza and wine. They come with tasty cheeses and exciting extra salsas. The wine has to be the best I had in Mexico. The owner also knows his Mezcals and kindly let us taste some. This is also a nice place to simply enjoy a beer as it overlooks the hip biergarten of Cuernavaca. I cannot imagine anyone having a bad time here.

This restaurant is located in the neighborhood of Cuernavaca's cathedral (presently closed for post-earthquake repairs) and the Robert Brady Museum. It's one of a relatively few places where you can have a fine dining experience in the evening, as most Mexicans eat their main meal in the early afternoon. Our party was delighted with the wide variety of offerings which include pastas, pizzas and entrees. The Marco Polo pizza was shared by two of us, and had all the major food groups except chocolate. Spinch lasagne was proclaimed excellent the the medallions of beef ala gorgonzola was another great choice. We did try a piece of chocolate cake for dessert, and found it a little dry. There is a good international selection of wines, some at quite moderate prices. This is a place where you can have a wonderful meal without breaking the bank.
