Booked a table in advance, something went wrong, so when we arrived at the restaurant it was absolutely packed & no table for us. Pamela was so apologetic, she shuffled a few things around and we were seated. The food was amazing, great atmosphere. I can see why it was jam packed. Definitely make sure you book a table. This place rocks! Would highly recommend a visit to Florentina's.Thankyou Majella for understanding that mistakes do happen my darling.So happy we could accomodate you and family.Its lovely to hear that our customers are so understanding. This is a very good restaurant in Peregian Beach. Servings are substantial, well presented and well cooked. Staff were very helpful. Thank you to Charl and the team. I read all the great reviews on TA and decided to try it.Disappointing , the management has changed and it's not at all what I was expecting. Partner had fish and chips... Terrible... Like frozen fish fingers from the supermarket.I had honey chicken, was very average.Salad had also been sitting around way too long and almost expired.Thank you for your review. Really sorry for the bad dinning experience you had here. We've already changed our chef and improved our menu. We would like apologies and offer you a free meal. Please come and try our new menu and give us more feedback.

We checked the menu on-line and decided on what we wanted for take-away but when my husband tried to order they didn't have either of the pasta dishes we wanted. So it sounds like they need to update their on-line presence. We had a pizza bread with pesto - it was ok but not as tasty as I would have thought. We also had a pasta with bacon, tomato and chilli. That was very flavoursome but I would have liked more cheese on top. I will go again in the future when they hopefully have some of the pasta dishes I especially like, available. It is certainly worth another visit.

We are thankful these people were open after 8pm at night on a Monday as no-one else was.We had just come from the airport and were hungry and presumed there would be a few cafe's or restaurants open but no such luck.The service was good and the pizza's were yummy!!.

We have had several pizzas from here recently and been satisfied on each occasion. We like the crispy base supreme as everyone seems to enjoy that but some of the gourmet ones are also very delicious. Everything tastes fresh. Book online, tell them your mode of travel and address and they tell you how many minutes required for pickup. No waiting around and pizzas always hot.

Ordered some gluten free bread with my breakfast. Was poisoned with regular bread after checking twice it was in fact actually gluten free as the bread looked too nice haha. When explaining this to the french manager she became aggressive and had to explain why this was all my fault. Never eating here again. You shouldnt either.

Welcome to Castrosâs new owner. Unfortunately he thinks itâs ok to smoke just outside the doorway . Never mind the legality of being 4 meters from the entrance to smoke !!!!!Apparently he also thinks itâs ok to drink alcohol just outside on the footpath !!!!Never mind that itâs against the law to drink out on the street !!!No no no Mr New Owner
