We dined here on a Saturday evening, turning up without a reservation. Luckily a small table for four was found for us. Service is brisk, not many waiting on staff for such a busy place but they coped very well. The pasta was excellent, mains were good, only criticism was too much batter on the fritto misto. We had dessert of a puff pastry dessert with Chantilly cream and found it to be delicious. Our bill for four people was â¬134 which is quite expensive as we only had a quarter bottle of wine, the other drinks were all fizzy soft drinks. All in all we had an enjoyable evening and shall return.

Tried to get a table outside but couldn't as they were all booked out so ended up inside instead. Not very comfortable as air con was off and table light bulb was red hot! From being seated it was going on for at least half an hour for our orders to be taken, this included drinks too. Waitresses were very pleasant but obviously very busy and pushed. We saw some pizzas pass us by and they looked good. We opted for burgers, average and salty although very well presented. Just a knife and napkin wS served so no fork! Eating with your hands you would expect at least a wet wipe on the table but no such luck. Busy place but we probable won't return.

We ate here twice during a holiday in Tuscany. The first time there was a set menu at an excellent price which included local specialties such as pasta with wild boar sauce and rabbit. The second time we chose à la carte and thoroughly enjoyed very interesting dishes such as duck in a chocolate and pine nut sauce and steak with different original sauces. Good prices and excellent service. We sat outside as it was August, but the interior looks great.

We stayed at Hotel Tornese for one night and decided to have the welcome drinks at the reception bar, located in the Caffè dei Fiori. Then we took a look at the menu and decided to give it a try as the proposed dishes sounded great and the price seemed legit.So, we ordered a pizza made in the Napoli'style, and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and the dough was so crispy and well raised, the toppings were also very fresh! We also had a big salad with super fresh ingredients, accompanied by a crispy focaccina, excellent! My partner had Baccalà , and he was so delighted, and to complete it all I had a fab millfeulle, OMG!Pity we live 2.5 hrs away or this would definitely be our fave resto!PS They said they have ongoing live music sessions throughout the year, which would be great to attend!

Just one word: fantastic!The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, the inner space, outside is not as nice as inside, but nevertheless, we have possibilities to sit in a terrace, with couple of tries.The services was very helpful, kind and friendly, but what makes full house in a restaurant is more or less always the kitchen. We tried different pizzas, all of them was very high quality, also the desert. My husband and I enjoyed a lovely dinner at Restaurant il Fiore. It's a family run restaurant not far from Cecina and the staff were polite and welcoming. The Restaurant itself is a bit dated but the food we ordered was great. My husband ordered mussels as a starter. I ordered the frittura mista which was amazing and my hubby had the Gamberoni (king prawns) with pears which tasted excellent, we had never tried it before and we loved the contrast of flavours. For dessert we ordered the Cialda with yoghurt and berries. Everything was perfect and we spent about 50 euros including a bottle of Prosecco. We definitely recommend it!

If you are on holiday in Tuscany and you are near Cecina look no further! This is the quintessential pizza experience! Owned by Gabriele who is a pizza master and has a great knowledge in different types of flour and sources all the best ingredients, this lovely cosy place will take you to another âpizza levelâ!You can choose your dough, your mozzarella (even lactose free!), and then add your toppings, toppings that are simply the best produce of the area... result... ? Total bliss! The place itself is lovely and in a very refined shabby chic style, the service is warm and friendly but impeccably professional. A true find!

Dined here this evening with a reservation, we were seated outside which was ok. Service was slow and a tagliere to share took a long time too come but was good once we got it. Again pizzas took time to be served but were all excellent with quality produce. Did feel were forgotten sat outside and we were there over 2 hours. Excellent food, rather slow service but must say was worth the wait especially with the complimentary limoncello at the end of the meal. Thanks
