Italian restaurant based at 63 Neilston Road, Paisley. We opened our doors on 18th June 2018 We are a family run business! #pugliatopaisley
We had a wee double-birthday celebration last night in La Banca - and sorry to say it fell below its normal very high standard. After a full hour (7.30 - 8.30) we had only had our starters served in that time (the mains turned up not too long after the hour had passed) - my daughter (40 on Friday) was stressing out about this, but we didn't complain - there was even a point where the waiting staff, appeared to be actually standing about with nothing to do! The staff were different from our other visits to La Banca (apart from one gent who may have been the manager (I don't know).Everyone's food was absolutely fine, although I would have preferred the skin on my sea bass to have been crisper. All in all, as I've said, slightly disappointing, compared to previous visits.Hi thanks for taking your time to offer us feedback regarding your meals with us. We take on board all feedback whether it is good or bad I am disappointed to read your review as during your time dining with us you made no indication to any of our team that you were not happy? I am sorry that your meals were delayed as you said you came in at the weekend and at 7.30pm this is our peak times and the restaurant all weekend has been full. If you have a large table we will make all meals at the same time so it can be served at the same time. Everything is homemade and cooked fresh. I would be happy to discuss your review if you want to call my name is Rachel and my number is 0141-887-1100.

Was here on Friday for lunch with a friend for a catch up. I started with the pate to start which more like a parfait. Absolutely lovely. My main was the always excellent sea bass on risotto. Fresh, well cooked and delicious. Service is always good and the girl serving us was no exception. Iâll be back soon.

Your Pizza pronto! Build your own pizza from over 30 toppings and we'll cook it in our super oven. You're the boss
Pizza was excellent and so were the wings. We had one regular pizza and one gluten free base, which was delicious. Loads of toppings to choose from and really decently priced. We got it delivered and will definitely order again, particularly for the gluten free option! Miles better than the sad little dry base offered by nearby Dominos!

Bar Varia is a family friendly, Independent, Bavarian themed Restaurant and Bier Halle. Created by award winning designers and boasting panoramic views of Scotland's only indoor, real snow ski slope; Bar Varia is a unique destination. We offer a wide rang
Disappointing visit here. The staff were friendly but there were a lot of dirty tables and it took ages for the food to come out (despite the place being mostly empty). The food was fine, it was okay but nothing special. When I tried to order potato salad (comes with pretty much everything you eat in Bavaria), he said they didn't do it any more as nobody ever ordered it, yet it's still there on the menu. None of the food looked anything like the glossy photos on this Trip Advisor page. It's not really Bavarian - they have wurst and one schnitzel but that's it, everything else is burgers or pizza. And the beer choice wasn't brilliant either - for Helles, they had Paulaner on tap or Augustiner in bottles. Hardly a great selection for a place that advertises a "German Beer List". We took my Bavarian brother-in-law hoping it would be fun, but I was a wee bit embarrassed. Watching the ski slope is fun though. If you're after anything remotely authentically German, I'd stick with the Bier Halle or the Brau Haus in the city centre, they're a bit closer to the mark. I definitely wouldn't make the trip to Braehead just to come back here.
