Things to do in Clarkston
We are very picky about our pizza and vary rarely have my husband and I had issue. There have been a couple of times where we were not impressed with the service or of the actions of the seemingly high school staff but the bad times have been few and far between. Won't go near the Pizza Hut in Clarkston because their pizza tastes gross.
If you want fresh hot pizza at a pretty cheap price, this is it.I usually call in a Oder, and by time I get there,it's ready. No thrills, not the greatest pizza, but good service, and the pizza is fresh and hot.
Took my wife and grandson out for pizza.I was quite intrigued by the new Mod Pizza, having heard so many good things, and watching as it was remodeled from the old KFC.First thing upon entering ,the entire staff yells out a greeting at you.OK.It was kind of loud, but I guess this is what they do.Thenn you order your pizza at a assembly line, kind of like ordering a sub a Subway. Then you pay at the end,and they put your pizzas in the brick oven,or soon after that.Yes,our pizzas was fresh and hot.Good ingredients. But I was not totally pleased with the thin, almost cracker like crust. My wife's pizza looked almost burnt.I know many brick oven cooked pizzas come out that way.maybe just not our preference of pizza.
Stayed overnight in Lewiston and not being familiar with area decided to call Dominos to deliver to hotel. Hotel gave us ads which we found out that was only good for ordering online. After we placed our order, we were told that our order came to $11.83 and they have a $12 min. order for delivery so we had to order additional food which we really didn't want. Felt a little coerced in that situation. Then after being told it would take 25-30 min, had to call back to store after 40 min. to find out status and then was put on hold repeatedly. Took 50 min total for delivery. Only good thing was that pizza was hot on delivery.
At Papa John's many things guide us toward excellence, but nothing is as important as our commitment to quality. We pride ourselves in providing a menu that's prepared with only the finest ingredients. From fresh vegetables to our never frozen, hand-tosse
Papa John's Pizza in Lewiston tasted the exact same as when I order in NYC. Good, solid and consistent in their food! I order monthly for my employee staff meeting. Quick and efficient service. 2 pies feed my large crew for lunch! I will be back.

After a few days in the back country, we were hungry for salads. And boy, this salad bar was just the ticket, so many choices, ice cold plates, ice cold foods and very reasonably priced! Plus, their wine prices...I got a glass (utility) for 5.00!!! We'll be back!

We had lunch delivered to work and everything tasted great. I had the Chicken Thai Wrap and it was great. We have had other sandwiches there in the past and it has always been good. I will have to go to restaurant next time I'm in town.

Tomato Brothers does a very good job preparing various Italian dishes and are reasonably priced. The ambiance inside the Restaurant is âOld Italian Family Styleâ décor with lots of culinary artifacts hanging on the walls and shelves. I enjoyed a serving of PUTTANESCA which consisted of Angel hair pasta with kalamata olives, anchovies, capers, olive oil, garlic, onions, oregano, red pepper flakes & fire roasted tomatoes. ($12.95) and I added sautéed calamari rings ($2.50). My wife enjoyed her dish GREEK PASTA consisting of Fettuccini pasta, bay scallops. shrimp, mushrooms, Kalamata olives, tossed in lemon garlic cream sauce and topped with myzithra cheese ($12.95). Everything was delicious! BTW: I was impressed with their extensive wine list listing many Northwest Wineries.

For years, I have seen people rave about this place. Finally tried it out and wow. One of the best pizzas I have ever tried. The Shotsy is a great mix of flavors and the mustard sauce suits it perfectly. Itâs a bit different as you order it yourself at the counter and get it when ready. Not a big deal. You can even watch them make your pizza. Truly a jewel in the Lewis Clark Valley.
