I visited WGP back in November 2015 and wrote a review for TripAdvisor, giving it a very good rating. Today's return experience was a disappointment, and I am dropping my rating to average.Everything I said about decor in my previous review still applies: dull and uninteresting.Unlike the last time, this time the pizza crust was bready and not very crisp, suggesting either a problem with the dough or a too-low oven temperature; it failed to impress me. Our group also ordered mozzarella sticks to share, and the tomato sauce that came with them was thin, watery, and not very flavorful. On the bright side, the woman who took our order at the counter and brought it to our table was very pleasant and friendly.Don't get me wrong, the pizza was still okay, and I may still stop in for a slice if in the area. It just wasn't any better than average this time.
I had bad service here repeatedly, but kept eating there because Chittenango isn't chock full of eateries. However, I experienced some of the worst service imaginable ...after treating my like an inconvenience, screwing up my total and making me wait around for my order...when I finally was leaving they even accused me of stealing my pizza! It is kind of a long story, but I was so mad I posted my story here:http://chittenangopizzanightmare.weebly.com/----Long story short...They will never see another red cent from this guy.
