VENUEThis restaurant is situated in Cheltenhamâs town centre, only a few minutes walk away from the main shopping streets. Inside, it has a cool, laid-back bar feel. The rustic interior and chatty atmosphere makes it a pleasant place for a relaxed lunch. FOODMy friend and I both opted for burgers and fries. My burger contained beef, cheese, bacon and lettuce, and was very tasty. It was a reasonably sized burger, of the sloppy variety that warrants plenty of napkins. The fries were skinny and also very good, and came in a fair portion too. There is a free Dominos-style garlic and herb sauce, but others are charged as extras.SERVICEMy burger and fries came to about £14 which was not unreasonable, but the £5 for a Rekorderlig felt a little much. Our table was also quite sticky which was a shame. However, our food arrived quickly and the staff were very friendly, so weâd probably return in future.Really tasty customers STYLE from the moment they walked in we know we'd be friends ,they just oozed style PERSONALITYThe way they smiled when the food came out was intoxicating BANTER LVL'Soff the scale you're welcome back any time ,I'm afraid the price on Rekorderlig is due to brexit

At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We donât do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. Weâre all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Located just outside the town centre, Zizz
Food here was amazing! We had the calzone pizza and spicy chicken pasta, and for dessert a salted caramel chocolate brownie. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Free water for the table which you didnât even need to ask for. Good value for money. Will be visiting again soon.

ASK Italian in Cheltenham is a place for great food and warm service. Think fresh bread made to tear and share. A glass of fine wine worth deserving of your time. Delicious main dishes prepared the traditional way. Everything we know and love about Italia
The place was mobbed, but we had reserved a table, so it wasnât a problem. Got given a free drink in a shot glass, some form of squash; it was warm so left it. It came from a bottle kept on the lectern by the door and looked like paraffin. Lovely waiting staff, friendly and attentive. Food , well the mains were OK. My starter was whitebait. It came breaded, and deep fried. Tasted quite strong. Defo from frozen. Unpleasant. All in all an average experience. I wouldnât go back.

An adequately made pasta dish was provided at a fairly expensive price. Facilities and surroundings good but I still wished I had looked further and found a more friendly small independent ItLian family run establishment with better food at a lower price, even if without the luxury fixtures and fittings.

Bella Italia have over 100 Italian restaurants across the UK serving pizza, pasta, Italian classics and more, made with ingredients from Italian-family producers.
Wrong food brought...asked for salad, brought pizza...therefore complementary...good service. Thank you. Brought the salad which had gone brown avocado in it..,unfortunately a feature of the dish (2nd ingredient on the list I think it was)which also consisted of perhaps one eight of a whole avocado. 2 or 3 pieces of spring onion when it was a feature of the dish. As was the lemon dressing which consisted of a miniscule slice of lemon.asked for some lemon dressing which they brought very promptly...unfortunately it was 2 miniscule slices of lemon....not what I would call a dressing! We went in at 7 and by time we left it was 9.15 and we were nearly last customers...we were a party of 6. When you can barely hear the conversation because they are clanking crockery and hand drying and then throwing cutlery into the draw...for at least 15 minutes...not a good ambience

Came here on the basis of excellent TA reviews and we were delighted with what we experienced. Lovely ambience, comfortable chairs and friendly warm, but professional service. Food was outstanding. Excellent choice of dishes. The fish (sea bream) was beautifully cooked and presented. Couldnât fault it. We come from London and our friends from Canada, but if we lived locally we would frequent it very often. Thank you so much to all the staff at Primavera.Dear Mrs Priscilla,It was a pleasure to have all 4 of you in our restaurant. The staff were delighted to read your review, thank you for taking time to write it.I enjoyed our conversation. All the best to your son with his business and hopefully we'll see you again in the future.Best wishesAna & Primavera Team
