Our family usually eats pizza from another business in Charlotte, but we were ready for something different. The price was awesome, but the pizza was not. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a ham pizza. I had to soak up the grease from the pepperoni with a paper towel before we could even eat it. Once we were able to eat it, it was soggy. Honestly, I've never had such a wimpy, soggy piece of pizza. Disappointed, but we'll try again at some point I'm sure.
We've given this place several chances, but they always seem to mess-up our order. It doesn't matter if we order over the phone (and ask them to repeat what we've requested) or if we order online, it's never right. The last time we were there they remade our pizzas (which was nice), but they would have let us walk out without paying if we had not been honest. This place needs new management.
Surprisingly fresh food for a buffet. Owners are always there, making sure the customers are happy and the food is good. Sometimes you even find unique items on the buffet, not just the typical American chinese food. Very good value!
We ordered a hand tossed pepperoni pizza special and an order of cinnamon sticks for takeout. They indicated 20 minutes, and pizza was ready at 15 minutes when I got there. price was right. We thought the pizza very good. Sauce had a little spice, crust was chewy, pepperoni, and the mozzarella seemed tone MUCH better than what you get from the chains (it was also thick). Overall, very tasty. The cinnamon sticks were average at best. We'd order from there again, as it is certainly better than the large chain pizza places.
we pre-order our lunch and it is always hot and ready when we arrive. The portions are good and so is the food. Help is friendly

We came in for late dinner and got seated quickly, the place was really busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was really good. We got a burger, nachos, panini, and cheese curds. All the food was great. The pizzas looked really good, next time. The beer was good and they have a full bar. The prices were fair as well. There was a DJ that started while we were there. We were very happy to see that the staff made him keep the sound at a manageable level. Street parking is free and was easy to find.

Very friendly, family style service. Many menu choices. We chose the chicken salad (fresh but average) and a butter/garlic crusted deep dish pizza, good. Restaurant is small and very plain; most people take out or get delivery. We'll be back.

Riedy's has a large option of pizza's, even Chicago deep dish offerings. They make their own dough fresh every day, and it provides a solid and tasty foundation. They make their own sauce, and it has a zesty sweetness that makes every bite a reminder that pizza is an Italian dish, and too many other places go bland with the sauce. The have many types of cheese available, always fresh, and always generous. No need for double cheese here. So many toppings are available, we are partial to Italian Sausage with Banana peppers and random other choices to make it different. To wash all this goodness down, they have a rotating selection of about 2 dozen beer taps, plus bartenders who can craft any kind of cocktail you want. They also feature a surprisingly large selection of single malt scotch, and a wide variety of bourbons. The bar side is a place where friends come to meet, and you will always feel welcome.
