I should explain that by the time I got to enjoy my pizza, it was cold because I had to phone Customer Service to receive the discount that the Camrose store refused to honor at purchase.The online ordering system accepted a coupon code that I entered, but when we went to pick up our pizza, the store claimed the coupon appeared as a gift card on their system, which we didn't have.Customer Service apologized for the error, but I'm very disappointed that the store didn't just honor the discount initially: This was our first experience with the Camrose store, so I'm really surprised they didn't seem concerned about providing good service.

Not only is their pizza amazing they also have great staff. Every time, less one, we have had a very professional person to speak to who was able to answer questions and make recommendations. Highly recommended.

Food was ok. Server had quite the attitude. Plopped our drinks down, spilled it, walked away. Apparently, a coffee and baileys is just that, no whipped cream, or cherry. Nothing like the pic. She did not once ask us if our food was good. When it came time to pay the bill, she just stood there at our table waiting for us to pay. I realize she had to go when she left shortly after, but impatient and very rude. Would not return.Hi Cate. We take this feedback very seriously and would like to follow up with the team involved. We ordered a Hawaiian & meat pizza. It was ready in 40 minutes. Cost for an extra large was about $28 ( regular price).Pleasant staff. The pizza was hot, tasty, & had lots of sauce & toppings. We will definitely order from them again & would recommend to others.

We recently discovered this pizza place & had to review it as it really surpasses any other in the area. The pizza is really affordably priced, is ready on time, piping hot & delicious. I recommend the sweet Greek white sauce to start then add unlimited toppings. Order one & get 2nd & 3rd pizzas cheaper. Have only experienced pickup so cannot review restaurant, but it is small so looks good for quick lunch.
