What a terrific experience on our last day in Milan! Nuccio was attentive and amazing! Itâs been a long time since Iâve had my hand kissed by a handsome Italian (besides Gary, of course ). Our three course meal was perfecto and the service impeccable! Zucchini flowers, truffle papparadelle, Sicilian Swordfish all amazing. And donât forget the tiramisu, grappa, and espresso...is there an open table tonight? Best in Milan!

Buona pizzeria a Soragna (PR). Lista infinita di pizze con vari impasti, anche al carbone vegetale (pizza nera). Quelle assaggiate finora sono tutte molto buone. Non abbiamo ancora assaggiato il resto che propone la cucina ( c'è anche il pesce). Sicuro il ritorno.

LOCALE: classica pizzeria da asporto con più una bella zona tavolini e sedie all'aperto per la bella stagione. Nota positiva, il bancone in vista dove poter vedere il mastro pizzaiolo all'opera.SERVIZIO: il titolare è molto simpatico e cordiale. Si nota l'amore per la pizza e la cura delle materie prime! Sabato e domenica anche consegna a domicilio.CIBO: la pizza è davvero buona. Tutte fatte con lievito madre (FATTO DA LUI) e con la possibilità di scegliere tra una miriade di impasti tra multicereale, kamut, farro, integrale, senza lattosio e anche senza glutine (solo per intolleranti però, non per celiaci, avendo un solo ambiente di lavoro).PREZZO: sullo standard delle classiche pizzerie (4,5 - 8â¬) con in più un impasto curato e di tanti gusti.CONCLUSIONI: provata per caso per una pizza i pausa pranzo, ho scoperto davvero un bel posto dove poter mangiare bene."La vita è troppo breve per mangiare e bere male"

abbiamo scelto qst locale in quanto in posizione strategica con vista sulla piazza e riparato sotto un portico, ed anche x la vastità di proposte.pizze, hamburger, insalate, pasta, pollo alla griglia, taglieri, piatti del giorno ecc.davvero x tutti i gusti.il cibo è discreto, ma nulla che faccia la differenza....la pizza forse poteva stare un minuto in più in forno ed il polletto era piuttosto ordinario, idem la pasta.servizio veloce, prezzi nn proprio economici.

We happened upon this little town and this Osteria by a string of circumstances. We had to travel to Milan from Florence and decided to stop in Parma and another town along the way. At a shop, we asked a local to advise of a nice place to eat within 30 minutes on the way to Milan and he mentioned this town. The place he mentioned was closed for the evening so we wandered in and found this little town, so proud of its ties to Verdi, and decided to eat here. The salads were large and delicious but the pasta was some of the best we've ever had. The menu said "made by hand" No kidding! We had ravioli-like pasta--one dish filled with an herbed spinach filling and the other with porcini mushrooms. So delicious and welcoming. The house wine seemed to be a nice lambrusco which was a delightful surprise. If we didn't need to press on to Milan, we may have ordered 2nd helpings of pasta. Total heaven.
