Service poor, waitress seemed untrained.Breakfast was good but toast was burnt and poached eggs were still runny and not done to medium as ordered. Liked the layout of the restaurant.

Had our pups in for shave and decided to have a quick pizza while we wait. Can't say the food was majorly exciting. We had to send our drinks back because the cold drinks were slush puppy. 2nd round of drinks, the same thing happens after we told the waitress first time round the cold drinks are slush. We asked a passing waiter for a heater, and he said no problem. I had to ask again just to find out there was only one working heater and the other one standing on the floor is just for show because it's not working. Really really not a good first impression. Our waitress tried hard to be sufficient.

Just love their double thick base pizza but you do have to mention to them to ensure the base is not raw inside still.They have lots of specials.Staff is helpful and friendly.Service is normally fast and love that you can eat there as well.

I love the dispensers that dispense wine and other drinks. We all ordered gin and tonics and got them in a dispenser with all the garnish, though I would have preferred my own double with sugar free tonic!We all ordered half portions, because the portions were just too big. Less is more sometimes. We were still charged full price for the dishes. The room where we were eating was very dingy and quite depressingI liked the cheese being grated on our pasta at the table, though question if it was real parmesan, as the texture and flavour were not of parmesan as I know it.Good evening, thank you for your detailed review. The Gin tower's are only made on order by the customer, which choose their favourite Gin and their tonic preference,was the tower perhaps ordered by another guest at the table, as we would have served all the Gin's individually as per order with a sugar free tonic.Regarding the charge of full portions, i would like to look in to this, please would you be so kind to email me that bill,as only the management can place the order and over ride the system to order half portions. We will gladly refund the difference that was over charged.The Parmesan we use at the table's and in the kitchen is imported Grana Padano only, please would you contact me on 083 324 9901, as i would like to rectify this experience, please send me that bill to [email protected] , have a great weekend , regards iL Gusto Team.

We were a party of 10 for a farewell lunch. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and has a relaxed atmosphere. The waiters are neatly dressed and very professional. We ordered a variety of dishes from pizzas to steaks and everyone were very satisfied with their choices. They take care in the presentation of the dishes that will remind you of some more expensive 5 star restaurants.It was my first but I will definitely be back!

The atmosphere is really homely and cozy. Love the food and the service is excellent! Our order was taken quickly and the server was very friendly and welcoming. The food was cooked to perfection! Highly recommend the creamed spinach! We will definitely eat here again.
