Cooks Landing is a small cozy Maine restaurant locally owned and operated with a wide variety of homemade food on our menu and specials that change daily. We are especially proud of our hand tossed pizza which is and always has been our #1 seller. Cooks L
In Edgecomb on route 27 on the way to Boothbay Harbor is Cooks Landing country store. The store is well stocked with sodas , beers etc. I had to stay in the area for a few days and gave breakfast a try, excellent breakfast sandwich, so I tried a meatball sub and then the thin crust pepperoni pizza. All excellent. Much of the food is home made and their are tables in the store and a large screen tv, good for a quick stop for lunch or breakfast or to grab a "to go" sandwich. Wide variety of sandwiches including lobster rolls, a great value!

We enjoyed dining here because it felt friendly and the food was delicious and a great value. We dined here three times in three days because our daughter loved the Greek style pizza and watching the televisions. My eggplant parmigiana was generous and perfectly textured. My husband said the Greek salad dressing was among the best he has had anywhere. This is clearly a family owned and run establishment with a home-like feel.

Good for a quick lunch before boarding a cruise with Cap'n Fish or the Windjammer. Small place, but there are picnic tables close by outside.

Ok, but well over priced for what is available and then served. We were underwhelmed by it and it's surroundings, so we won't return.
