Found this restaurant quite by chance having seen it from the window of the tram. It was my friendâs birthday so we decided to go there. We arrived at 5 just as the restaurant opened, and within a few minutes more people followed. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Mickey. The food was really tasty , we had a starter, main course with a side and dessert all washed down with a very nicely chilled bottle of Prosecco, all for less than £70. The ambience in the restaurant was cosy and chilled. The evening was made by Mickey and the other staff, itâs nice not to have a plate plonked in front of you followed by âenjoy!â We chatted with other diners and it was just a great evening.If you are in Blackpool, do yourselves a favour if you want a special evening ,book yourselves a table here. Itâs a small restaurant so booking is probably a good idea.

We have visited this restaurant many times. The food is very good. I am allergic to garlic and they can usually do something garlic-free for me as most things are cooked fresh to order. When we visited this time there was a big birthday party on and it did get rather noisy.

Wonderful food. Staff were amazing. The lady that greeted us gave us a warm welcome and we sat in the bar area having a drink while waiting for our table. The food was superb. Best Tiramisu ever. Love this place. Should be number one for Blackpool restaurants. This is a great place.

Great food, cooked perfectly and served professionally by excellent staff.Friendly and relaxed atmosphere, my wife and I ate Taglietelle, Cannelloni, Garlic bread, Tiramisu, Tartufo, and was washed down with a lovely white wine.Finished off with coffee, brandy and grappa...a wonderful meal at a lovely venue; many thanks to all the staff.

Having moved to the area this week, we thought we would call the following evening to save cooking. There weren't many in mid-week when we called, but we enjoyed our meals nevertheless. Being old-hands, if you like, and knowing this restaurant inside out as we have been giving them our business since 2006, we booked for Saturday night. The food has always been very tasty and of generous portions and a very wide choice as well as a good specials board and a good selection of wines too. It was busy last night and sometimes there is a wait to be served, but we don't mind: in fact we welcome it. Staff have always been accommodating and willing. You won't get anybody better than the owner's daughter who kept this restaurant running (along with the others) when Max was doing everything single-handed for a while: a real credit to this eaterie in more ways than one.

Stumbled across this little gem whilst visiting Blackpool for the illuminations. We were there about 6pm and the place soon got busy. We ordered one vegetarian pizza, one vegan pizza and a children's pizza. We could watch them all being made in front of us and we didn't have to wait long. The pizzas were gorgeous. We then tried the cheesecake of the day.... Wispa!! This was quite possibly the best cheesecake I've ever eaten, it was so good. Service was good, both who were working were really kind and friendly. They have some competition on their hands with Pizza Hut, Pizza Express and Bella Italia close by so go on.... Give this local authentic pizzeria a try. I don't think you will regret it. We will return next year!
