in una domenica passata a Bagno di Romagna ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questa gastronomia nel centro del paese! devo dire che ci siamo trovati davvero bene. mangiato proprio bene, ottimi prodotti, sostanziosi e cibi tipici del posto. Buoni i tortelli alla lastra e ottima la pasta al forno con i funghi! prezzi buoni! Lo consiglio vivamente!

Sulla piazza centrale di San Piero in Bagno il Primo Maggio si propone come bar, ristorante pizzeria. Sono stato a fare colazione e pranzo. Punto di ritrovo del paese il locale, a gestione famigliare, si è proposto come gentile ed ospitale. buone le paste, il cappuccino e le focacce che propone. Ho trovato il personale particolarmente gentile. Prossimamente proverò la pizza.

Non produco quasi mai recensioni di pizzerie, poichè oggi mangiare una pizza cattiva è davvero difficile, e distinguersi servendo solo pizza è ancora più difficile.Questa volta però, faccio una eccezione, perchè pur essendo una minuscola pizzeria in una posizione un po defilata, a mio parere si distingue eccome.Sono purtroppo abbastanza sensibile all'impasto della pizza, nel senso che normalmente la pago il mattino dopo, con un senso di gonfiore e pesantezza, diciamo difficoltà digestiva.Nel caso della pizza in questione, NON HO AVUTO ALCUN PROBLEMA, quindi per me già questo fatto da solo la dice lunga sulla qualità di questa pizza, che in effetti ho scoperto essere di base una "semiintegrale" con lievito madre e farina tipo 1 (più grossolana). Tutto questo non solo aiuta la digeribilità , ma anche il gusto! Infatti l'ho trovata deliziosa.Finalmente una pizza funghi taleggio e noci dove le noci erano profuse in abbondante quantità , e si sentivano! Anche la pizza con i "friarielli" era ben più che buona. Cornicione non troppo pronunciato, quindi ben mangiabile. Non abbiamo lasciato una briciola!Aggiungo che il personale è simpatico, il luogo ha parecchi spunti creativi (ad esempio i bicchieri realizzati tagliando le bottiglie della galvanina. Infine la birra alla spina di base è assolutamente decente (hanno anche varie scelte). I prezzi sono nella media, 7-8 euro per una pizza (buona) sono spendibili.Pizzeria promossa a pieni voti.

While everyone seems to have pizza on the menu, it is not always easy to find a true gem. This restaurant is not in the center of town and you need to drive about 10 minutes, but it is a secret place where many locals go and the food and ambience is outstanding.Arrived failry early around 7 and were seated promptly. Very friendly and efficient service. Ordered 1 jug of beer and 2 pizzas. 1 jug of beer which is 1 liter costs about 8 eur or a out 9 usd. Pizza came promptly and how amazing it was Big and with plenty of toppings, very thin crust (for those who like it, it is awesome). My pizza had even fresh truffles, no extra charge. Ordered 2.5 dl house wine red, which was good for just 1.50 eur or about 1.70 USD ( it is not a typo ). Very nice casual place with solid service and great food.

This place was suggested by Casa nuove where we stayed while in San Piero di Bagno. The food was so good but that wasn't the best part. The host/waiter was very gracious and went to find a patron that spoke English. A gentleman by the name of Marcello came over and helped out, suggesting what food was good etc. After our meal he came back and we chatted some more and gave us some tips on a great place for a hike in the morning. After dinner the waiter came with a couple of bottles of after dinner liquor for us to try. The licorice liquor was amazing! What incredible service with such warm, inviting people! They made our trip special more than they can ever know. My only regret is that my Italian was not better...;)Oh & the hike was gorgeous too!

Ogni tanto andiamo da Pirino,ci troviamo sempre bene, anche i nostri bimbi ci vanno volentieri amano la loro pasta rigorosamente fatta in casa e anche noi adulti la adoriamo è buonissima!! non da meno i crostini ai funghi che sono fantastici e comunque a me li piace un pò tutto e poi il personale è veramente gentile e carino anche con i nostri bambini. Che dire ancora.....mi sa che tra non molto vi veniamo a trovare!!A presto!!

Popped in for a bite to eat the other night. Expected a basic pizza, in a basic local pizzeria, but was blown away. The pizza is perfect - crispy thin base and well balanced toppings - and innovative - they have a standard stock menu, but also local seasonal specials. The porcini mushrooms are out and, for a handful of Euro, I had a fantastic treat that was really out of the ordinary.Service was great and friendly. Language barrier was no barrier, thanks to google translate and the server's patience.

An excellent meal, though it was very busy, were were served quickly. Friendly and smiling service with traditional food. Make sure you book. This is obviously the most popular and best restaurant in town.

Lovely restaurant. Extremely high end feel. You can have pizza with the family or fabulous pastas and meats. They have a quiet interior courtyard and beautiful interior. There was one waitress serving a huge number of people extremely well (we were outside and shocked to see how many were also inside). The house wine (Sangiovese Sup.) was expensive and very nice. We'll be back.
