Best pizza I have ever eaten. I moved from my home country to Germany as an exchange student and my landlord recommended this place. I walked there and was not convinced staning outside the cozy little restaurant. However it was love at first bite. I ate at Bruno's at least 4 times a week when I lived there and loved every single visit. The owner and the staff are friendly and quick to serve you these fantastic pizza's. I could go on and on but in short: Best pizza in the Frankfurt area and in my opinion best pizza I have ever had.

We (my wife and two kids) have been there several times in September and October 2014. It is a classical italian pizzeria with a pizza wood oven. The owners are very nice with all the customers. The pizzas are excellent: we had margherita, prosciutto and prosciutto e funghi and they came very good. As per the food, we had spaghetti alla bolognese, spaghetti al pesto and gnocchi al pomodoro gratinati: they were excellent, cooked as you could cook by yourself at home. Finally, we tried as well grilled calamari and cozze al pomodoro and they were great. Finally, it is important to notice that the prices are fair.

We ordered Pizza at Il Sorriso and the service was great. They knew the address and it did not take long to deliver our order. The pizza was super delicious. We will definitely order/dine here again.

We were invited out by my sister-in-law and her husband as they'd been there before after their English class ' for beginners '. It was a Sat evening 7pm, we parked in the street and walked 2mins to the restaurant. Our table was right in the middle of the room, all the surrounding tables were all taken up - in other words the place was packed out! We were approached by a very friendly waitress with a huge smile ( which made a pleasant change ) who gave us our menus and drinks order. The girls ordered Prosecco , I took the alcohol free wheat beer ( driving! ) and one bottle of sparkling water. Main courses were Lasagne, pasta with mushrooms and a walnut sauce, pasta with vegetables, one pizza Stella with extra artichokes and two mixed salads. We did have to wait but like I mentioned earlier the place was almost full - 'so first come first served'. The wait was worth it - the four of us had nothing but compliments for the food - really delicious! We ordered extra freshly baked little rolls/buns to dip into the sauces from the three dishes. The staff regularly asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything - in a pleasant manner. My in-laws will definitely go there in the future as they live nearby. It's a great 'little' place , female ( family ???) staff run the place, it has a warm friendly atmosphere, a bit off the main road but well worth a visit. Ciao

This restaurant is like a raw diamond. The pizza is huge, with a thin dough and tastes delicious, as one would be in Italy. The menu is small with some daily pasta specials. Unfortunately the ambience doesn't keep up with the food quality. There are only a few tables and probably most people order pizza for take away. It's definetly not a restaurant you take your girl friend out for a nice dinner. But the stuff is very friendly.
