I've been driving by this place for years, thinking pizza can't be good in the Hamptons. Well, I was wrong! Not only do they have a fantastic assortment of tasty pizza, they also offer a menu of Italian dishes. I've been stopping here for about a year and have run through almost their entire menu. I have not found one item I didn't thoroughly enjoy!
We still try each item on the menu and seem to have yet to find anything not appetizing. They do deliver so if you're in their area, by all means, give them a call. Great calzones; lasagna; and heroes. If you want fried chicken, be sure to check the time as it's only served for lunch. Bon Appetit!

Don't feel like grilling? Don't want to eat out because Hilary & Jeb are in town?! Here's what you do order in from Springs. The hero's look awesome, the bread locks so good you almost prefer to paint it then eat it. The pizzas arrived piping hot and were delicious the white eggplant was yummy but the plain was outrageously good. You would not think of calling a plain pie that but their sauce is on there money. All I can say is I hope some other public figures jam up the area and compel me to stay home lol. Any excuse to order their pizza again.

Good take out place.. restaurant has just 3 booths for seating. We had pepperoni pizza--it was excellent... it reminds me of great New England pizza.. sauce taste flavorable with just enough cheese, crust was foldable... price of all food is reasonable. would order pizza there again.....

We have eaten in their restaurant in NYC which is wonderful and visited here solely on that basis. The two could not be more different with this one falling far short of the high standards of the NYC site.We had reserved a table for 4 for 7:30 on a Wednesday night and having arrived were seated outside. Despite there being tables available inside we were not given a choice of location. The outside space was cramped and exceptionally loud and there was only one fan in operation. It made the experience hugely discomforting.Service was slow and disengaged with little attempt to be friendly or engaging. The food was of a good standard but expensive with a relatively limited choice and a poor selection of fish based options which is peculiar given the location.Come 20:30hrs the restaurant became quieter but the standard of service did not improve.I wouldnât recommend, but on our experience of East Hampton restaurants to date it may merely be one of a number that fail to recognise the importance of high quality service.

Amagansett is a lovely place to have dinner. Nice vibe, nice atmosphere. Sotto Supra embodies that. Firstly, its way bigger and deeper than you would think. You can park out front & back. The menu is primarily Italian, there are twists (good ones). We went down the route of pasta & dessert. All the pastas were delicious & tasty and well presented. My daughter had the special, short rib ravioli. She loved it. All plates cleared. Desserts are good too. The caveat, this is the Hamptons. The prices are lofty enough to say its not a place for a budget sensitive dining plan. The combination of great food, great location, excellent energetic service sort of justifies that all. Afterwards have a walk thru' town and shop at some of the lovely independent stores. All round good experience.

Although they do serve more than just pizza and hero sandwiches.. that's all I've had there. The pizza is average; will satisfy when you're in the mood for pizza. The hero sandwiches are not as satisfying. I've tried several ones, prepared even without the sauce in attempts of improving the texture ~ the bread is very mass-produced tasting, too much sauce making the sandwich soggy, the meatballs had little taste and a mushy texture.

If you want a good, solid Italian restaurant with good service and reasonable prices, this is it. I had a delicious veal Parmigiana and our companions were equally pleased with their dishes. Reservations were not accepted so you might have to wait a bit. It was worth it.

All of the food is terrific at this family-run gem that's been on Main Street in Amagansett for years. We've never been disappointed at multiple visits over the years. The bolognese sauce on any pasta is a highlight, especially the gnocchi bolognese. We will definitely return
