Reviews on Peruvian food in Machu Picchu, Cusco Region, Peru. It's no wonder Machu Picchu is Peru's most-visited site. Dating to the mid-1400s, it's a marvel of mortar-free limestone architecture perched on a high plateau deep in the Amazonian jungle. Get there via train from Cusco or, if you're not faint-hearted, make the trip on foot via a multi-day hiking trail—you'll travel through deep Andean gullies and enjoy stunning views.

We were walking by and this guy approached us to offer a âlunch specialâ, and it really was. For 30 soles, we had entry, main course desert... and a complimentary pisco sour.He had criolla soup, alpaca meat and quinoa pancakes as dessert.Recommended!
We are a new option to try Peruvian food & drinks, located in a terrace with a beautiful view of the town. Enjoy our varied craft beers and tasty burgers, and delight with our friendly service...
Had an amazing time drinking fabulous cocktails while playing a game of dominoes amongst people that quickly became friends. This place is friendly and has really good vibes I highly recommend if youâre stopping by AguasCalientes to pass by this bar. Tuvimos un tiempo maravilloso tomando cócteles buenÃsimos mientras jugábamos dominó entre Extraños que pronto se convirtieron en amigos! Thanks a lot!!! Really appreciate your comment... Hope you had a nice experience with us. Enjoy your trip

After a 3 hour hike in Machu Pichu, we craved a good pizza. Unfortunately this place did not deliver on the good part. The pizza was average at best. Our waiter however was excellent! We sat at the back of the restaurant by ourselves, opened the window and listened to the roar of the water while drinking good wine and eating average pizza.

We settled with this restaurant with their happy hour special of buy 4 at a reduced pricing. After many days enjoying Peruvian food, I was settled with something staple like a soup. I ordered the beef noodle soup and it was a full bowl with lots of string noodles. The soup was tasty but the beef was very tough. We were seated on the second floor of the restaurant over looking the train entrance to Aguas Caliente and the mountains. The view was very nice, food is ok.

Our family of 5 (3 kids aged 17, 14, and 10) had a wonderful meal here. Our waitress Michele was so nice and helpful. She brought games for the kids to play. The food was amazing. Delicious freshly made chips and guacamole, great pizzas, and avocado salad. Highly recommend!

Peruvian home cooking restaurant, as its name informs (Ayasca Peruvian Comfort Food). Restaurant attached to the Tierra Viva hotel. Modern and beautiful decoration.Very friendly and efficient service. Buffet by day and menu by night. We ordered good ceviches, trout and âlomo saltadoâ(strips of steak with sauté vegetebles). Good value for money.
