My folks have a flat in Concón, so I'm quite familiar with las Deliciosas, la Perla del PacÃfico, etc. Empanadas fritas are a popular way to eat seafood on the go. But the ones on offer at Maju are hands down the best innovation in the local scene. Pulpo queso is chunks of octopus in a sea of cheese with great spices to boot. Don't forget to try the ajà de gallina empanadas!

I didn't want to have to walk too far from the Hotel O'Higgins last night, so I decided to go back to Sazon Peruana for a quick dinner. I had the most delicious soup: Chupe des Camerones. Silky smooth, savory broth with cilantro, shrimp, and rice - it was exactly what I was craving after a cold, damp day! The homemade rolls and salsas plus a nice dark Chilean beer made it a completely satisfying meal. I will miss this place when I return to the USA!
Very good Peruvian food at affordable prices. Not the nicest or best place but very good. They also offer service to go.Ceviches, sandwich de pulpo, and suspiro limeño are especially good.

Went as a family. We ordered the entraña-shrimp-fettuccini dish, grilled octopus and salmon ceviche. The first dish was regular, the meat was overcooked, the shrimp were tiny and the only real saviour was the fettuccini which was actually well cooked and prepared. The grilled octopus was terrible, it was hard and not chewable. The salmon ceviche was the better dish, nice portion. We also had two juices, the detox and mango, these were ok as well. A nice touch was the warm bread at the beginning, it was nice consistency and warm. Overall, just regular. Wonât go back.

Peruvian Cuisine, great ambience and sea food, in front of The sea.
Having only opened in Nov/Dec 18 this Peruvian restaurant has clearly established a following and deservedly so. Very comfortable and designed terrace(nicer atmosphere than inside), overlooking the road and the sea. Extensive menu with many of the traditional plates you would expect very well cooked and attractively presented. The kitchen team know what they are doing. However what impressed me most was the truly outstanding service, professional but with charm. Frankly the best I have experienced in all my years in Chile. The knowledgeable sommelier really knows his stuff and has assembled a superb list including many lesser known wineries and blends, for example a rosé of Pinot and moscatel. The wine list and menu is very fairly priced and served with panache. Excellent pisco - por supuesto! This place gets my vote and the owners should be very proud of their team.
