Things to do in Gangtok
Breludi was a lovely surprise in the midst of rain soaked usual bustle of the Gangtok town. On the rooftop a nice cosy lounge with a sit-down restaurant makes the place an ideal stretch out point while visiting Gangtok for work or pleasure. Excellent spread very warmly presented really lifted my spirit and filled my culinary desire. Meet and greet by the owner added the magical high.... Cheers to all visiting Gangtok....

The prices were attractive. Momos both chicken and pork, were sumptious. The soup that went with it was herb-flavoured and tasty. Music was great and the staff... very polite. We did not have any drinks but the prices were good. Very good location .Just the right place to have a light lunch after your shopping.Thank you so much for your kind review ma'am! :)

Went to this place for snacks and drinks on the first day of our Gangtok trip along with friends and family. Since it was a weekday, the lounge did not have any customers apart from us. We were seated in the basement. It has small individual cabin like places with ground level seating arrangements. Very dimly lit, just perfect to go with mood. The basement also consists of a pool table and karaoke section for entertainment and you can enjoy the same while you have your drinks. Food & drinks are reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful, and there was a lady waiting on us at all times. I also heard that on certain days live bands perform over there. A good place to chill-out if you have time from your trip.

Thakali offers authentic thakali and newari cuisine of nepal accompanied with delicious cocktails & mocktails. A relaxed and comfortable space to enjoy with friends and family alike.
Slightly upscale serving Thakali cuisine from Nepal. We order Chicken Thali which was average. Another dish we order was Newari Khaza set which was big big disappointment as they are simply cheating. The typical authentic Newari khaza set must have Bhutan, Choila, Kachila, Bhatmas & Bambooshoot soup with beans & Potato. Almost all were missing substituted by all useless items no way part of Newari Cuisine. They are spoiling the name of Newari Cuisine bu serving the wrong items.BTW the food presentation was very good.

In Sikkim, a welcome has always been quite extraordinary. With friendly greetings, big smiles, and unique silk scarves carrying lucky signs that promise to have your back, itâs always an honour to be invited into the homes and hearts of the Sikkimese folk
we had lunch at this restaurant. our order was for chicken thukpa and nepali chicken curry with steam rice. the thukpa had just the right kind of flavour, no overbearing taste of black pepper or spices which is a common thing at many eateries. however it was low on salt. steam rice and curry was just like home cooked food with balanced spices while the rice was boiled to perfection. do try their sweet/salty lime soda.Thank you Rudra :)
