After a long day at Moutchic plage at Lac de Lacanau we went for dinner with our family of four. Warmly welcomed by the owner as the first guests, after an hour all tables were filled. The menu is limited to what is prepared fresh daily, 3 starters and 3 main courses. Which works fine for me. Food is delicious with a heartwarming blend of Moroccan spices. Recommend to try a tahine, lamb or kofta. Rounded it off with traditional sweetened mint tea and patisserie. Informal small setting with a friendly owner/waiter/dj who keeps humming along the Moroccan music all evening. Probably the best -maybe only?- place to get a proper dinner in Moutchic.

A restaurant that does not look fancy or look like a typical restaurant, since it appears small and very much open onto the streets. But it is a very nice and busy place for couscous and tajines. Very friendly and helpful staff ! It is better to make a reservation since it can be very busy, especially end of week and weekends !A place to be recommended for a change and a different food experience !
Oui les locaux sont un peu spartiates et peu chaleureux soit, mais lâaccueil est sympathique. Quant au tajine et couscous rien à dire au contraire si ce nâest à les recommander !!!!! Desserts et thé à la menthe bien agréables.

Visited Al Fantasia in September. Restaurant always very busy, so were very pleased to see a vegetarian option and to find a free table. The staff were friendly and welcoming enough, but sadly the one vegetarian dish on the menu was very unimaginative, So many wonderful vegetable and interesting ingredients which could have been included. The meal was "ok", but certainly not outstanding.
