Horrified to be served very raw chicken in my meal. To compensate the waitress said we could have a free drink. Totally ruined our evening - the service was slow, my friend got served the wrong cocktail and then my raw chicken. Management just commented 'it was an accident, accidents do happen' and turned and walked away. Totally disappointed with the food, service and attitude. Dreadful experience and no apology

What a little gem, which we found by chance! This is not your normal restaurant but a small and intimate Moroccan eating experience. The food is really well presented and the taste is great, the atmosphere of the place is authentic and cosy. Booking can be restricted so don't be put off if you can't get in exactly when you want but it is worth waiting for. The host , Sharon, looks after you from the moment you get there to when you leave. Thoroughly recommended and we will visit again.

Here at Fez we offer our customers a taste of Morocco and the Mediterranean, right in the heart of Cleethorpes. Located on Alexandra Road, Fez provides an exciting taste experience for all. Our menu boasts an array of flavours to suit all tastebuds.
Went here last night as recommended by some close friends so we all went and it was amazing. Firstly the surroundings are lovely making you feel welcome and lovely decor, very attentive staff make you feel at home and ease. Excellent menu choices with many traditional dishes too numerous to mention all of them. They have a midweek special menu which offer 2 or 3 course and very good value. I choose from this menu and had mussels in tomato sauce which was delicious and packed with flavour. Itâs served with flat bread and was very yummy. For mains had traditional chicken tagine which was pipping hot and served in a traditional tagine pot and came with olives and potato. Served with cous cous or other alternatives. It was very tasty cooked beautifully and beautifully presented I would have liked it a bit more spicy but was still great. We all had a beautiful experience and reminds me off being back in Marrakesh a few years ago. This place is amazing and well worth visiting and the food is great, if youâre thinking of going on Friday and Saturday or Sunday night that it is advisable to book and gets very busy. First class guys and compliments to the chefs and serving staff THANKS hope to see you soon !! 5 stars !! Well thank you so much for your review. We are so happy you all enjoyed our restaurant and the whole Fez experience. Itâs a family run restaurant and we want all of customers to enjoy our food in an authentic , relaxed atmosphere .We hope to see you again soon Fez
