We ate lunch there. We orderd ChickenKebab with rice. The taste and quality were resonable. WC and tables were clean. You can use a free parking and free wifi. The price of foods were resonoble. You order diffrent kind of Kababs, fish and soap. The restaurant location can find easily.
i had several food experiences at Zanjan restaurants and also Zanjan hotels restaurants, , i would like to state Changaltalayi can be ranked as the first no doubt . location is almost okay , restaurant is not big and perfect decorated however is acceptable . the main item is taste of foods which is delicious and tasty . normally is crowded but by your chance you may find a table for yourself . rates are not cheap but are reasonable . highly recommended in Zanjan . ( dont forget as first selection )
My wife and I were in Zanjan for 12 days for a project and went to this restaurant four times! The owner Mehdi is a nice man which cooks all foods in the best way he cans. The Menu has 21 meals which I promise you will be surprise.Access to restaurant is quite good and its ready for big groups up to 10 person.

This dinner was the only one we had in a restaurant that is also a historical monument, ie one of Zanjan's Caravanserai, very well restored and adapted for the purpose. The setting is therefore evocative, and it's also understandable that to dine under the brick cross vaults of the caravanserai is somewhat charged. In fact, for six people we paid 2,600,000 rials. At the current exchange rate, around 52 euros, a negligible figure for Europe, certainly not for Iran. The restaurant is very popular: although it has many places (partly western-style tables, partly Persian carpeted stalls), when we left it was almost full. Also to note that the soups, an almost inevitable component of an Iranian menu, were completely sold out, and we had to give them up.And now the positives. All the meat dishes we ordered were delicious: lamb's neck, di-zi (typical, heavy dish of lamb, chickpeas and other ingredients), Baktiari kebab (mixed of chicken and beef), "chef's specialty" (two kebab skewers with different meats). Overall, it was one of the best dinners we had in Iran.
This restaurant has really nice and delicious food with good material, you can find all type of Iranian kebab there, with very delicious yoghurt mix with sesame and walnut. If you're eat lot of food for lunch or dinner order one dishes for each one, otherwise you can order one dish of rice for two people.
