Started off with the four item appetizer. Hummus, Grape leaves, carrots, and eggplant dip. Very good. Well seasoned, hummus was prepared perfectly. Main course was shredded beef with chick peas and carrots over rice. It was delicious. They give you two sauces to use on your food.. One was a vinegar base, which really went well with my dish. The other was a very spicy sauce. It was very flavorful, but you must use in moderation. We were too full after the meal to have dessert. A small place, with great service and very good food. I will definitely be back .
Let me be upfront and mention straightaway that this is not a fine dining place by any means. This is a small restaurant without any fancy decor. But - it gives you totally amazing food; probably the best tasting North Indian/Pakistani food on the East Coast. If you have eaten in India, and have a liking to Mughlai/Pakistani cuisine, then this is an absolute must for you!I visited this place almost every week for about 3-4 months when I was in NJ for work. The owner was always friendly and helpful. My regular favorite was Goat Curry, which is so succulent and delicious, I would finish up the entire serving (which was probably meant for 2-3 people) on my own. Same goes with Egg Curry. A couple of times I picked the Egg Curry and drove it down to Virginia for my girlfriend. It is that good!Among other items, Lahori Charga (grilled spiced chicken) was great; Keema Naan (Indian Bread stuffed with minced meat) was awesome as well; Aloo Masala was not bad, but of course I recommend sticking to meat dishes. They sometimes have paan, which is also very good.I definitely recommend this restaurant if you are a foodie and want some authentic tasty Mughlai food.
Was there for Bonchon restaurant, but they were kinda rude as they said they gonna close the shop soon ( 9 PM) but it was only 8:40 PM. Anyway, Someone's loss is somebody else's gain. And what going on here? there is 9 restaurant lined up in the same complex. We were deciding where to go then saw this completely empty restaurant, Arachosia Grill. It was Afghani restaurant. Empty cause they opened just 2.5 weeks back.We ordered at the counter ( whatâs with the order at the counter thing? If you are gonna serve us at the table then why you are not taking orders from there itself Or make us get our food at the counter too. Half of this, half of that ). Anyway, We ordered chicken curry ($9) and chicken seekh kabab ($10.5). Each entrée comes with Rice, Piece of bread, chutney, and salad. We got our food within 15 minutes ( pros of being alone in the restaurant :P ). I am not exaggerating, but seekh kabab- never had such delicious kabab in the USA so far. It brought me memories of my fav restaurant back in India ( Arsalan, Kolkata). Chicken curry was equally super tasty. Not sure why it was Afghani, cause we Indians also cook in the same way [ cause we are neighbors ?? ;) ]. Only thing is that after eating kabab, I was not sure how to eat rice and bread cause we are not used to eating rice and bread itself. The rice with the carrots, currants, and sumac was sweet and delicious. Food was sumptuous, no doubt about it. Prices are very reasonable. We will definitely come back here. There is kabab paradise in Lake Hiawatha and their menu is almost the same, and they are doing really good. But I guess Arachosia Grill is gonna compete them in this open market. Good luck to them.

Was with a group of 18 for a birthday celebration - food was good, prices are very fair, belly dancer was great and the service was professional. The restaurant is a little tough to find as itâs in a run down strip mall - but once inside itâs nothing but fun. I can definitely recommend this restaurant.

The Lamb Shish Kabob was the best that my wife and I have ever had. Large pieces, top quality and very large portions. You can get a reservation and are seated promptly in comfortable soft chairs. Service is satisfactory. This restaurant is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Three of us enjoyed lunch here and weâll go back. The only âconâ I can come up with is the room will be noisy when busy due to the hard surfaces everywhere. The âprosâ are numerous. Off street parking is available behind the building, prices moderate, variety good, and quantity impressive. My kale and beet salad (see picture) was spot on. Background music set an upscale Mediterranean note. BYO!

Food here consistently good and a good value. New waitstaff on most recent visit and seemed better than the previous staff. We love the food here.

This place made me very happy today! Went with 6 co workers for lunch. Iâve been dying for the type of middle eastern food I was spoiled with in Europe. This place fit the bill. Friendly, attentive staff and the owner assured me everything is made to order. My chicken panini was fantastic and all of the platters my co workers ordered looked exactly like what I was accustomed to in Germany at the doner kabob restaurants. Definitely use the white sauce, it makes everything that much better!
