My friend and I had a superb meal here, having chosen the Kleftico, which was very good quality lamb and beautifully tender. Our meal was relaxed because the atmosphere was so welcoming. We enjoyed very pleasant and friendly service and so highly recommend this restaurant to others.

We managed to get a table for two without booking, although normally I would strongly advise booking for more than two people. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was cosy and welcoming. The menu is short, and all the food is home made and authentic. They advertise a set price of £25 for three courses, but you can have two courses for £20. I would have given five stars, on the strength of gorgeous tagine, and fab puddings, but my starter of harissa prawns was pretty bland with no kick of harissa at all. The prawns were small and underwhelming. That said, we will certainly go again, and have mains and puddings! Please also note that they only take cash, and you bring your own drink.

Authentic Moroccan restaurant serving Moroccan, Mediterranean and middle eastern food by Fatima. Opens lunchâs and evening.
We stopped here for brunch and had their shakshouka with pitta breads. Absolutely delicious and generous sized portions. The mint tea was perfect , exactly as I had in Marrakech. What a lovely authentic little place. Everyone in the restaurant seemed really happy with their food and it all looked amazing. We were served by a lovely lady called Fatima who was friendly and charming. This was a day trip to Hastings but if we lived closer it would be a regular place to eat.
