Karachi Cuisine is a fine dining restaurant located in Norbury on London Road. Serving finest Pakistani & Indian Cuisine in a relaxed dining atmosphere.
The mighty Bun Kabab. Probably one of the best if not the best in London. Beautifully cooked, nicely seasoned, great textures and perfect with a serving of chutney and thinly sliced red onions. Sounds, looks and definitely tastes of Karachi. This establishment serves some amazing varieties of authentic Karachi Cuisine. The only advise to the owners is please do not charge customers extra for a side of chutney and red onions. That so un-Karachi!The Side of chutney and red onions is key to making this replicate a true Karachi Bun kabab.

We managed to book a last minute table on a Saturday night. The restaurant was very busy with many family parties eating. Our order was taken quickly with complimentary bread and chilli dip given. We noticed other tables around us that had arrived after us, were being served their food. We chased up our food order and it wasnât clear what had happened, the waitress apologised and the manager came over to assure us that our food was on its way. Our food arrived quite quickly after that. Husband said his steak was one of the best heâd eaten in a long time and cooked perfectly. My chicken shish was a generous portion with very fresh salad. We havenât visited for quite some time and had forgotten how nice it is. We will return again soon.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch, all fresh tasty and healthy. I adore Lebanese food, being vegetarian I am in heaven with the choice on offer. Subtle flavours no overpowering chillies hiding what is underneath! Fresh juices fruit or vegetable were a nice touch, a decent wine menu and at the end, with our bill came small squares of delicious homemade Lebanese cake.Tooting has many amazing places to eat, so much variety and the majority of places are independent! Dare I say Tooting is a destination for foodies ? Definitely.

Istanbul Meze Mangal Restaurant brings you the authentic taste of traditional Turkish food inspired by the Mediterranean and the Middle East to South West London. Experience genuine Turkish food as it is regarded as one of the world's great cuisines, and
I came here yesterday with my brother for lunch. It was not busy and so we were able to sit anywhere we wished. We decided to order everything at once and chose the prawn starter, taramasalata, a cobb salad, a side of chips and a main of lamb ribs. The food was great - especially the prawns. Of course I was unable to eat everything, as the portions are so large so took home the salad and taramasalata - which my mum enjoyed later that evening. I have wanted to try kunefe for a long time and opted for this as a dessert, while my brother chose the pecan pie. The kunefe was freshly made and I did have to wait some time for it but this was not a problem. The pecan pie came first and it was okay. I think the chocolate sauce it was served with did not compliment it and rather it should have been toffee or caramel sauce. When the kunefe eventually arrived, it looked beautiful. The taste can only be described as sweet shredded wheat with mild, warm cheese on the inside and topped with pistachios. I personally would have preferred if it was sweeter but I do have a very sweet tooth. I took half of it away with me and gave it to my dad who absolutely loved it. All in all, a great meal with great service. I will definitely come back.
