So far we have eaten breakfast at the Yacht Club, Bahia Cafe and Cafe Eclipse. We had the Machaca with Chilequiles and a fruit plate which the waitress recommended. It was the best breakfast we have eaten in Yelapa. The service was good and the coffee was really good. .

Spent a great afternoon having lunch on the beach. We had the seafood platter for four. We were five people and barely made it through half of the dish. Snapper, shrimp, lobster, everything. Just delicious.

Yelapa is small village. This place has no address or website, but can easily be found for tourists visiting Yelapa
This place was open on Sunday. Not all places here are. We had the chicken and ribs combo and had enough left over for another complete meal. The beans and rice served with it are typical Mexican. The meat is grilled and delicious. Arriving before 6:00 PM is good for sitting right down to a table. Try the desserts. Theyâre good also. I love Mexican Flan.

We have ended up her two nights in a row. It is actually about a 15 minute walk from the Pueblo. The margaritas are made fresh with real fruit and Luis will make sure you have enough alcohol to taste. The chili relleno was delicious. Their homemade sauce was so fresh and flavorful. Luis says itâs because everything is made with heart. The Shrimp Mignon was a cluster of shrimp wrapped in bacon and grilled. Flavor beyond belief. The flan we had for dessert was still warm from the oven. They served it with chocolate sauce. We also got in on the local students doing typical Mexican dance from various parts of the country. An absolute treat. We LOVE everything about this restaurant and the people who work here.

I'd walk a mile for their tartar sauce. Great fish tacos and margaritas. Also, their avocado pie is to die for. The ¡Tacos y Más! Family appreciates your nice comments. The homemade Tartar Sauce along with the several others we serve are popular additions to many of our offerings. Our unique Avocado Pie is always a Yelapa favorite.

For one of THE BEST dining experiences in Yelapa, Los Abuelos is a MUST! Their fish tacos and veggie burritos were the best Iâve ever had. The tacos come on fresh grilled blue corn tortillas....you can see them being grilled right near the dining area! The veggie burrito has flavors unlike anything Iâve ever enjoyed in the U.S. They are huge (plenty for 2 people to share!). They are accompanied by a very nice side salad, too. Their margaritas are excellent, the service is friendly and exceptional, and the view of the ocean is wonderful, too. To top it off, their prices are VERY affordable! We ate there twice during our stay and would have loved to have dined there even more often if it had been possible. Donât miss out on this culinary gem!

Fresh and delicious, creative and healthy, made from scratch with the best available ingredients. Lots of options for vegetarians, vegans, and those who avoid gluten. Kids menu too!
A simple restaurant with outdoor tables, right next to the main Yelapa boat pier. One day we had a mid-day snack with guacamole, chips and drinks. I had the traditional red tea made from hibiscus leaves, which they called "aqua jamaica". Another day I had a delicious omelet with fresh vegetables and goat cheese, along with fresh-squeezed OJ. One of our party was vegan, and found several items marked on the menu. Prices were quite reasonable, especially given the beautiful views of the water, the mountains and the pier. I still remember the pelicans and frigate birds squabbling for fish scraps as the local fisherman cleaned their catch.

On of our favourite things about Yelapa was the excellent food. Ray's place is on of the shinning stars. Portions are not huge but they are creative and tasty. The drinks were also taste and well prepaired. I looked forward to eating here as the menu offers a lot of options, always something new to try.

Mike's Beach Club at Las Ãnimas. Restaurant and Beach Club. Mexican food, beach games, chill out area...
We landed here on a snorkeling tour. We were part of a work group who thought they were only going snorkeling only to find we were snorkeling, then going to an Adventure park for some climbing and zip-lining (next to Mike's), then a nice lunch at Mike's. It was buffet style for our group, which was good. But the best part? Were the home-made corn tortillas made right there and cooked on a hot pizza stone over a fire. Nice spot seemed only accessible by boat.
