My family ate here tonight and if it wasnt for the waiter we might have had a better experience. My 13 yr old son wasnt very hungry so I ordered him a cheese quesadilla from the childrens/seniors menu. The waiter looked right at him and barked 'How old are you!?'. I told the waiter he wasnt very hungry and the waiter said we had to order from the adult menu. I said those would be too big and he said 'yes, they are bigger and come with sour cream and quacamole.' I have never had a restaurant tell us we couldnt order from any part of the menu. Even my son knew this was wrong. But we ordered what the waiter mentioned and my son only ate half the quesadilla and nothing else. A total waste of my time and money but I hope the waiter is happy with the extra couple bucks he got out of us. His service for the rest of the meal was also less than acceptable. The Mexican girl who brought us chips was point! Kind and friendly and checked us almost every 10 minutes. She was divine. The food was good, but I dont know about value. One Colorado Burrito, no dinner, just the burrito, was $13! And we were charged extra for bean dip. So, a bit pricey, food is good but average, value wasnt there, and be careful which waiter you get.

My family of four enjoyed eating at Burrito Vaquero. The staff is friendly and attentive and we enjoyed the entire meal from start to finish. The chips were served warm and the salsa was very good. I had a chicken chimichanga and it was delicious. We were just passing through and feel we made an excellent choice for dinner in Roseburg.

Enjoy the authentic Mexican flavor of our dishes, inspired by the sand and sun of Puerto Vallarta. Let our traditional dishes show you our little paradise in the heart of Downtown Roseburg.
Situated on the main street in quaint, downtown Roseburg, this little Mexican restaurant has all of the usual offerings one would expect, plus a few highlights! This is a family business, and it shows - lots of pride in the place and service that lets you know they value your patronage. Their blackened salsa is outstanding, the kind of thing you'll be remembering days later at home and develop an intense craving for . . . perhaps deciding to pick up a to-go container next visit so you can scratch the itch. They also make a delicious chile relleno with the perfect egg-y coating.
