First visit to Alma's today, after several friends had recommended it. The hot chips and delicious green salsa started us off. We usually ignore the chips, but must confess we ate the whole basket....which left little room for the great tostadas. We split a plate of tostadas and one of sopas, with several different meat choices. Enjoyed them all, but we will probably split one plate next time. They also sell individual items so you can mix and match and skip the beans and rice. We will return soon. Wait staff just the right amount of "attentive"...there when we need them but not hovering.

Living in Australia, it's really hard to find authentic Mexican food. This place is the real deal. I ate tamales, enchiladas, basically as much food as my stomach will allow. The decor and service is non-traditional, but the food makes up for it.

First time to try this restaurant as we have a plethora of good Mexican style restaurants in our city. The service was very good, prices for drinks about standard. The food arrived promptly and all orders were correct. I had chili relleno and it was tasty, with rice and beans. The rellano itself was smaller that others I have had but had good flavor. Dishes were prepared with thoughtfully and had good eye appeal. All in all a good experience. Nothing fancy about the building itself.

We have reviewed this place several times. It is a small Mexican restaurant. The service is friendly and helpful. We tend to try something different on each visit. We also find that the meals are large enough for us to split. We had the enchiladas this time. Excellent. Well worth a visit.

Everything we had tasted like it was straight out of a jar! From the "New York City salsa" to the stale Doritos. We both grew up in Los Angeles, honeymooned in Mexico (My ex and daughter are Latinas), wife's best friend is from Mexico. Born and raised in East L.A.No! No! No!==An Englishman's idea of Mexican food!

Portions are appropriate for pricing, guacamole is indeed fresh at they make it at the table, the dessert menu has something for everyone. The wait staff are full of smiles and the Pepsi tastes like Pepsi and not brown water as with other restaurants. The only thing I would change is make the salsa thicker, couldn't keep it on my chip. Would recommend to anyone!

South is a lively family friendly restaurant and bar with two locations, Wenatchee and Leavenworth Washington. We specialize in modern Latin food and drinks. Everything is fresh and homemade including our cocktail mixes. Our ambiance is a mix of antique a
Great food and fast friendly service. Staff was personable and attentive. Everyone enjoyed their meal ( Baja tacos and taco salad were delicious with lots of flavor). and enjoyed the self serve salsa bar. The only downside was there were no free chips and salsa as a starter and the portions were a bit on small side. Also, we were there on a Wednesday night so not super busy, not sure how it would be if crowded? An added plus is it is located in Pybus Market which is always fun to walk around. We will definitely come back again.I am so glad you enjoyed your experience at South! The Baja fish tacos are definitely a customer favorite. We use only the freshest ingredients and make our chips in house using fresh, non GMO, gluten free tortillas. So that's why we charge for chips, but do offer the free salsa bar. Be sure to come back on a Tuesday for half off all tequila, for tequila Tuesday! We look forward to serving you again.

Just had lunch here for the first time. The salsa served with the chips is just excellent - fresh made along with a terrific bean dip, I had a gigantic chicken quesadilla and the chicken was fresh roasted not processed. The rest of the menu looks delicious and even at 2PM, it was nearly full in here!! Our server was great and the colorful decor is fun to look at. I'll be back with friends and family.

Our service was at La Fuente was so accommodating and friendly, I really wanted to give it an excellent review, but sadly the food didn't always measure up. The cabbage pico de gallo was a treat, and the tortilla chips were fresh and crispy. The beer was cold and incredibly reasonably priced (so tired of getting gouged for $6.75 - $7.00 pints these days). The dessert flour tortilla with whipped cream and strawberry drizzle was a nice send off.But the entrees were disappointing. We ordered the special, arroz con pollo, and the chicken chile verde. Both came served on large platters with so much sauce ladled over the top, that the presentation was kind of off-putting. And while the portions were to say the least, ample, and generously prepared with nice fresh ingredients, there was nothing special to set them off from many other family Mexican restaurants at which we have eaten.Given that you receive a lot of value for your dining dollar, La Fuente certainly deserves all of its patronage. But based on other reviews, we had hoped for better quality.

My sister and I visited E Wenatchee to take a break from working! We ended up coming here for dinner and it was a great experience for us! The wait staff was so friendly and service was excellent! We both had the beef enchilada dinner and it was fantastic! They must slow cook the beef it was moist, tender and the flavor was excellent! I also enjoyed a cold lime margarita! :) I highly recommend this restaurant!
