We love eating at Pecinas because the food is always fresh,quickly prepared and delicious.The restaurant dining room is kind of small so sometimes the wait for a table is a bit long.This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Weatherford and the surrounding area.

Found this place on recommendation of hotel personnel when staying overnight in Weatherford, Oklahoma. Really happy with our supper. Made from scratch with obviously quality ingredients. I had stuffed poblano which came with rice and refried beans. Superb! Hubs had chimichango with refried beans and substituted fried potatoes for rice. Freshly made and so good. Also shared a good frozen margharita. What really excited us were the sopapillas we ordered for dessert-had ours plain so we could fill with honey. These are no doubt the best sopas we've ever had-light, crisp on outside, hollow inside, and sprinkled with a bit of cinnamon sugar. Service is friendly and efficient, and everyone who works there is so nice and accommodating.

My wife and I dropped in for an early supper, as the restaurant had just been remodeled and the menu format was changed to a "Fresh Mex" theme. We were disappointed in the food and the staff. The concept is good, but the staff was having a hard time making the preparation (done in front of you at you at order time) flow. The result was slow service, and a medium product. They offer also a self-serve salsa bar, but the lunch crowd had pretty well decimated the salsas, and not much was available. The food just ok, but we probably won't be going back any time soon.
