Inside is similar to a top notch, clean and well managed restaurant in Mexico. It's bright and cheerfully colorful. Very reasonable prices. We sat at the very ample bar and were quickly and cheerfully served by Kerstena: She was the best! She made our day.The food was amazingly authentically Mexican. The cheese dip and chips were the best. The salsa should be served in a soup bowl as gazpacho; it was the best we've eaten in decadesThe drinks were great, especially the margaritas made with mazcal. We had a great time throughout and are very pleased we stopped by. Excellent service - attentive servers and meals delivered quickly. Food was quite good, my only beef is that they only serve spanish rice and refried beans, neither of which appeal to me. Offering seasoned pinto beans would a more traditional and healthy option. Prices were very good - lunch specials are around $7.50. This was my second visit, both for lunch, but I look forward to coming back to try some of the dinner specials.

Not really a very authentic Mexican restaurant. More of a college pub than a mexican restaurant. Outside patio is really nice. Food is ok, nothing great. I had the garbanzo chili, which wasn't good at all, and tasted sour. Nachos Grande and the bean and pineapple quesadilla were good. The tofu burritos and potato taquitos were okay, a little disappointing. Service was fine, even though we had to ask a few times for the drinks.
