Beautifully devoted restaurant. It has a great atmosphere and the food was not to disappoint. Ordered Tacos Asada which were double corn tortillas with tender meat, onions and cilantro. Quite the assortment on the menu. This is a hidden gem that I really hope thrives!
A friend found this place in Springdale, AR. It is a "hole in the wall" place, but I mean that as a compliment. Not big, not fancy at all, but great Mexican food! You order at the cash register when you walk in from a big menu with pictures on the wall. They have authentic fare with a choice of what seemed to be 8 or 9 different kinds of meat, including steak, ground beef, chicken, pork, BBQ, and even beef tongue (which was actually awesome), etc. My friend wanted to try a lot of different things, so she ordered 6 entrees for the four of us. This was twice as much as we could eat, but we got to try a lot of different things. The best part is the price, we all ate for $48, which included beer, salad, queso dip, guacamole, etc, plus the 6 entrees that we ordered. This is the real deal, not a Chevy's or Taco Bell knock-off. I would highly recommend this place, if you are looking for authentic Mexican.

Springdale Food Guide: 10 Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Springdale
One of the best Mexican restaurants in Springdale. I sampled the nachos and street tacos. The nachos were loaded and very tasty, some of the best I've had anywhere. Tacos were also some of the best I've had. A wide variety of meats to choose from. My wife and I tried carne asada, carnitas, chingas (shredded chicken in a mild chipotle sauce) and al pastor, which were filled with an ample amount of meat. A salsa bar is available to dress the tacos in a variety of sauces, chopped onions, cilantro, jalepenos, etc. Plus it was $1.99 margarita night! The owner was very attentive, service was excellent. All in all we were both very impressed with the food, service, casual atmosphere and value. Highly recommended!
Taqueria Don Guero is a real winner. They have delicious street tacos, along with a full menu of tasty Mexican food. I ordered the carnitas and chorizo tacos, along with a pork tamale. All of them were delicious. The prices are unbelievably cheap and the service was excellent. This is a wonderful little hole in the wall!

I have eaten at Las Palmas a couple of times over the past 6 months. They really do have some of the best Mexican food in town. In this area of the state, that's hard to find. (I was raised in the Southwest, so I know good Mexican food when I taste it.)The chips and salsa are pretty good. The chips are quite thin- which I like - and the salsa is pretty flavorful. Last night, it was Valentine's Day. My date and I ate here because I had a taste for Mexican food. We ordered the fajitas for two. We ordered the combination that came with chicken, beef, shrimp and chorizo. There really delicious and contained just enough spice and flavorings. They were served with homemade tortillas. The only suggestion I would have to offer about the fajitas is that they need to add more shrimp to the combo option. We had 4 pieces of shrimp - total - just enough for a taste. It appeared as though someone added a couple of pieces of shrimp as an afterthought instead of as part of a combo. Also, the tails were left on the shrimp. I am thinking that for a meal like this, the tails should be removed prior to cooking (and serving.)The service was simply lacking last night. We arrived at the restaurant just before the dinner rush because we wanted to avoid the crowds. Silly us - I guess we thought that we would get decent service if we arrived when the restaurant wasn't busy. That was not the case, unfortunately. Our waitress was friendly enough, but I kept getting the feeling that she was rushing us to leave. We really weren't there all that long, so I am not sure why she was doing this. A couple of times during our meal, she asked if we were ready for a "to go" box, when we were still eating our food. When my date asked for some iced tea, she brought it to him in a Styrofoam cup with a lid, even though other patrons had regular tumblers for their drinks. We both found that odd. Shortly thereafter, when I went to use the ladies' room, my date stood up at the table (as a gentleman on a date would.) At this moment, our waitress began clearing off our table, even though we still had food on our plates(!) She never asked my date if we were through eating, she just "assumed" that we were done and getting ready to leave. (We weren't.) Needless to say, we both found this to be quite rude. I think some common sense and courtesy should have been used by our waitress. I should also note that despite the fact that we were hurried through our meal, we initially were not given utensils and napkins (which we had to request.) We also did not receive a refill on the tortilla chips until we asked for them.I don't know what the deal was here last night. The food is wonderful, but they need to work on the staff. They could use a lesson in common sense and manners.

Well, the iced tea was ok. Cold plates, lukewarm food, chewy meat (like rubber). There was nothing to like about this meal, except the company we we're with. No chance will we go here again.

Loved this place! If you are looking for a fancy Mexican restaurant with fountains flowing in the lobby this is NOT it. This is where you go to eat authentic Mexican food made by those who know. In fact, the menu was in Spanish. Thankfully they have pictures and our waitress spoke some English. Others there did not. TV's playing were all in Spanish. Chips were round - looked like onion rings. Definitely not what we are used to seeing in a Mexican restaurant. We didn't care for them and they brought us a more traditional tortilla chip which was warm. The sauce is HOT! Beware! With the help of our waitress we ordered two entrees the like of which we have never seen before. One was a chorizo and potato mixed sandwich on a home made bun of some kid. She told us this was an original dish from Mexico City. Was absolutely delicious! The other was a type of soft shell with shredded chicken - both excellent. They weren't able to serve alcohol at the moment due to their license expiring. Not sure what that was about, but no drinks at the moment. You can buy authentic Mexican candy at the counter. This place was SO good would not hesitate to return here again!
This small, local restaurant serves up some good Mexican food. You can order at the counter, or from a waitress. The seating and parking are limited, so it is difficult to eat here at the busy lunch time. The building and interior are unpretentious. The menu was quite extensive with lots of different choices. We tried the guacamole, shrimp tacos and a chicken combination plate. Everything tasted good, and the portions were generous. We ordered at the counter, but the food was delivered to our table. It is worth the stop if you are in Springdale.
