Small restaurant, slow service. average food. We had to wait quite awhile for our food and ask several times for things./

This is a favorite dining spot in Bettendorf for a quick, inexpensive dinner. So we thought we'd try the Moline location for lunch. We ordered 3 Chicken Tacos with beans and rice and a lunch sized order of Chicken Fajitas. As expected the food arrived quickly and we enjoyed it with a couple of Corona Light Beers. The selections were well prepared, tasty and the portions appropriate for lunch. The restaurant wasn't very busy on this particular day and while the waitress was efficient she wasn't friendly. We were glad to know the same good quality food is served on both sides of the River! We will continue to give our business to the Iowa venue since it's close to home.
Very good Mexican food! We were told that, and not disapponted. It's quite small insde for seating, and we were lucky it was not busy for dine-in. Seems they were doing a huge carryOut business that day! We sat down, gal came out and asked if our first time there, we said yes, she let us know we go to counter to order, very pleasantly.

Los Agaves Mexican Grill, in Moline, IL, is the area's leading Mexican restaurant serving Moline, Rock Island and the Quad Cities area since 2014. We offer a variety of food including fajitas, salads, burritos, a full bar and more. For your next meal, vis
The last time we visited Los Agaves we sat on their nice enclosed patio. The food and service were very good. Their Chile Relleno is my favorite in the QCs. The bad part is that some of the kitchen staff had their really loud motorcycles in the parking lot and were racing and reving the engines. It was so, so loud and unpleasant. I hope the management reads this or has already done something about the staffs after work disruptions to their business and customers.

Rudyâs Tacos was founded in 1973 by Rudy and Marilyn Quijas. The tiny restaurant located at 2214 East 11th St. in the Village of East Davenport, seated 15-20 people. By 1977 the business had out grown the tiny building it was in. Work began in the late fa
We went to this place as a recommendation from a colleague who grew up in the area. As others have said, this is a tradition, apparently. I found it to be an OK restaurant - americanized is an appropriate term to use. There are two salsas - mild and milder, neither one of which had much flavor. They don't bring chips and salsa to snack on while the order is being prepared - unusual, but really OK since I tend to get too full when they do that. But here's the deal...the enchiladas are special. The sauce is INSIDE the enchilada, and the outside is covered in melted cheddar cheese. I'd never had this type of enchilada before, and it was excellent!

So I may be a little bias. My mother loved Adolphs and ordered it often which has led to me to do the same. However I guess that means it has a delicious consistent flavor if I am still eating there after 34 years. Both locations are delicious and consistent. Itâs the flavor of the taco meat that keeps me going back. Never had anything similar. Staff is always kind and the food never disappoints. I recommend just an order of tacos or the enchiladas. You wonât go wrong either way.
I usually get carryout. The prices are fair, food is excellent & generous portions are enough for another meal. I go on Friday a lot & get the $1.10 Vegetarian Enchiladas, rice, beans and sometimes a small Guacamole (in a small edible cornshell). My husband likes the Medium corn shell, beef tacos. That is nice to get a choice on how you want your shell cooked! We have liked everything we have tried and that is why I continue to go back about 1 - 2 times a month. They always give us 4 little cups of the red Salsa - it is wonderful Salsa! I do really, really like this authentic Mexican restaurant run by Latinos who provide freshly cooked food andvery good service w/ a smile, too!!

They've worked to update the exterior of the restaurant so it definitely looks better. The interior is warm and inviting and the staff is extremely friendly. The chips came out hot and the salsas are pretty good. I am not a huge fan of Avocado, but appreciated the Avocado salsa. I ordered the Tripa tacos and they were good. Not my favorite in the QC, but still good. Tortillas were very good and onions and cilantro were fresh. Also, the limes were very juicy which is key. I would have liked to see more of the Tripe chopped up with more of a crispiness to it. Just my personal preference. Overall though it was a good experience.
