Saratoga Springs is one of those special getaway spots where everything is just, well, pretty close to perfect. The city's lovely tree-lined streets and grand old Victorians, porch swings swaying and gardens brimming with colorful flora bring to mind a gentler era. World-class horse racing, renowned performing arts and natural springs spas, plus 13 golf courses, 10 museums, a historic battlefield, fabulous boutiques, antiques and restaurants mean there is something for everyone. Relax at the Lincoln Mineral Baths, window shop in town and then it's off to the races. Walk everywhere, it's that kind of place. One of the oldest tourist destinations in the United States, Saratoga offers ample accommodation choices in elegant hotels, historic bed and breakfasts or comfortable inns. The only drawback is you may never want to leave.

Last minute choice for dinner with friends during Track season on a very busy Sunday evening. Menu was very nice and service was outstanding. We sat at the bar because wait time for table was very long. Never saw anyone at restaurants work so hard and fast as these waiters and bartenders. Will definitely go back and highly recommend to others.

My reviews are typically "glass half full". The only thing glass half full here was the house margarita l left behind still half full. It tasted like lime juice water. Sort of. Service at the bar was only good if you happened to be a big city transplant regular, or perhaps an employee going off duty who was instead idling away his time noisily on a bar stool. I was a solo diner, in early at 4pm, before it was even close to being busy. I can't imagine how poor the service would be if it were prime time. I tried to enjoy the Chile Relleno, but failed. I seriously think it was made elsewhere and was merely sort of microwaved on site. It was a big gooey mess and tasted awful. The lump of breading around the supposed chile was half-cooked and bland. The sides of beans and rice were cold and forgettable. Do yourself a favor and forget about Cantina altogether. Better Mexican choices abound, here in Saratoga Springs, and also in nearby Ballston Spa.

Went here despite my colleagues saying it wasnât good- I love Mexican and Iâm trying them all in my new town! The food was just awful. The rice was mushy, and our enchilada was not edible. The good: the drinks and a very kind waitress. Also, I tend to overeat Mexican but I actually left here hungry since I only really ate the chips. Never going back.
