My first visit and it was a delightful surprise. The vegiterian and cauliflower burritos were fantastic. Indoor seating with colorful Freida Kalos tablecloths and art or refreshing outdoor seating. Service was very attentive, service very fast and the burritos absolutely delicious. Thereâs an indoor bar for those who inbibe and a vsey comprehensive menu. Enjoy this off the beaten bath restaurant at Kaka Square.

Stopped this afternoon at this relatively new Mexican restaurant for an early dinner & we were very pleasantly surprised. Nice place with outdoor seating & lots of parking. Food was excellent & prices were very reasonable. My bride had a taco salad & a margarita, both which were very good. I had a pair of enchiladas, one shredded pork & the other shredded beef, with red sauce, & both were absolutely excellent. Rice was a little lackluster, but most Mexican rice is, & the refried frijoles were very good. A real plus is the salsa, it has a little smoke flavor & was superb!! We really enjoyed our meal & the owner was very pleasant. Good wait staff though they could be a little more effusive. Looking forward to trying the poblano chile rellenos which are Friday & Saturday only & the owner says they are gone by Saturday afternoon, don't be late. They sound awesome!! I'd really like to see a more comprehensive menu with some combination plates & maybe Mexican garlic shrimp over rice.Try this place & you will become a regular. Right across the road from the end of the Port Townsend Airport on the turn to Kala Point.

Family Mexican Restaurant & Cantina
We eat here almost every time we visit Port Townsend. Lunch is a bargain. Dinner is reasonable. Friendly staff. Quick service. Eat in the back room with the water view, or even outside on the back deck in nice weather. There is also a tv usually showing sports programming. The usual Mexican menu prepared well, served hot, and tasty. Mexican beers available.

This restaurant is the first mexican restaurant by the left after you pass thru the port townsend roundabout.
The food at Fiesta Mexican Restaurant is passable, the service passable, but the restaurant is just plain filthy. The carpet is beyond cleaning, there is debris under the table with the cash register. The booths are simply grimy. I finished my meal hoping I would suffer no ill effects. Fortunately nothing happened. This is too much like real Mexico for me.

Disappointed - Hacienda Tizapan has just recently opened here in Port Townsend. So maybe in a couple months they will improve. In the moment, they have a lot of work to do. The food, although generous, is bland. The guacamole needs more pop. The sauces generally are weak. Beans and rice are, well, just not very inviting. Marguaritas are also weak, and inconsistent, "watered down". The filling in my enchilada was not good. Service is still learning. Coordination between the cook and the staff needs work. I did not receive what I thought I had ordered. I am hopeful they will improve the food and the service given time.
