Just like anywhere else, food is regional. What Pacifico has done is bring the coast inland, serving Mexican fare with a coastal twist--fish tacos, using lettuce leaves instead of tortillas, etc. The rice and the corn is flavored with a light spice...so good. The entrees are innovative (at least to the palate of standard Mexican food fare in the area) and tasty--so much so it is hard to choose what to order. My suggestion is read the menu carefully...each entree is different enough that you might see something else you would have preferred after ordering...but no worries, what you get will be good; there is always next time. I've been a couple of times with a friend; it was great both times. Would go again...

After having driven by many times & never really noticing this little Mexican restaurant which is set back just off the main drag in Plymouth, it was recommended to us just recently. We were looking forward to some good Mexican food....Large menu, five pages with so many choices in a cozy restaurant with approximately a dozen brightly decorated tables. There are eight different fajitas listed on the menu. Difficult choice but I ordered Texas Fajitas.... Usual mix plus bacon!! Everything is better with bacon! Huge serving of beef, chicken, shrimp & bacon & veggies with four tortillas plus a side plate of guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, refried beans & Mexican rice. Delicious! My husband ordered the Chili Verde, our "test" of Mexican restaurants. Compared to our local small Mexican family run restaurants in Northern California these were "average" & that means they are quite good. Big margaritas! 2 for 1 everyday! Beer is 2 for 1 on Saturdays. Margaritas are wine margaritas...very good...price can't be beat...$5.99 each. With the 2 for 1 they are about $3 each. Of course, we ordered two each!!!We plan to return and will certainly recommend to friends & family in the area.

Stopped quick to get dinner in the drive through and after that it was all downhill. To wait inline for food that long and to have it cold and the burritos shell was dried out and hard on one side and a little softer on the other side. No smiles at the driveup window either, I would have turned around to see if I could get my money back but didn't know how long that would have been. The now hiring sign as you drive up is not working that good either.
